Yes 'he' you could tell it was a male after looking at his body build and stuff...

His head was raised, he was fully conscious and didn't seem too welcoming of your presence.

Bright amber/yellow eyes glared into your own, watching your every move. They seemed to be judging you, deciding what to think of you and almost somewhat trying to predict your next move.

Razor sharp teeth were bared as his face was pulled into a snarl, he didn't move yet but it did make an attempt to make himself look more threatening. If it weren't for that injured back leg and for the fact that he was currently lying down he might of looked even more intimidating that what he currently seemed.

A low growl was released from his throat as he actually slowly made an attempt to stand on all four, failing once remembering the pain in his leg. He didn't see the human before him as too much of a threat, didn't look like you could do much to him for now.

But what if you alerted others of his presence? Perhaps it would be best to off you now and save him running into potential danger.

His eyes briefly fell onto the bandages on his leg. 'Hmph human, just because you helped me don't expect me to get all friendly with you now.'  Was what it felt like he was saying. He began making another attempt to get up, if he tried he could easily kill you.

He was expecting you to paralyze in fear and scream, like a lot of the typical human females who saw him did.

Much to his surprise the female before him did nothing of the sort, instead reached for her small bag and pulled out a small container. His growl grew louder, thinking she had something that could harm him inside. She somewhat flinched at his action but continued on to open it. The young teens hand reached out for whatever was inside and she pulled out...

A boiled egg? What? Why in the world is she randomly deciding to show him this, he questioned. Untrusting eyes continued to glare

at the female, and then she did something unexpected.

She threw the egg at him.

He got it now, she was trying to feed him.

Pathetic. Did she really expect him to eat that? He wouldn't even consider eating food given to him by a human. He wasn't as desperate as he seemed, or so he thought. He was too focused on the possible threat before him to feel anything in his stomach.

He continued on with his snarling and glaring as she threw another egg at him, and another, and another, and another.

Seriously? He didn't want her eggs. How did he know that they weren't poisoned? Even if they weren't he didn't want them anyway.

(Back to your POV)

You sighed, of course he wouldn't be very pleased with you, a human before him. You remembered the boiled eggs you had taken from the fridge at home. It seemed that your mother had hidden all the meat. Either that or there currently was none available.

It was the next best thing in your eyes. You took them out of your bag and threw all of them at the young wolf before you.

His eyes never left you, it wasn't much of a surprise that he didn't trust you.

"It's good that your awake wolf. I'll come back later to check on you." There wasn't much you could do now.

Your mothers word echoed in your head "You know it don't even understand a word your saying."

You couldn't help but giggle a little at that as you turned to walk away. "Rocket, Sherry." The two looked at you confused. The wolf was growling at you but they were told not to do a thing, so what exactly do they do? "Come on."

"Phew, for a second there I thought he was gonna bite my head off. Maybe I could try befriend him!? Animals seem to take a liking to me quickly. What do you think guys?"

Rocket let out a low whine 'I don't think that's a good idea...'

"Aww come on Rock, what the worst that could happen?"

He looked up at you 'I don't think you should be saying that either...'

-To Tsume(the wolf)-

He continued to stared off in the direction the young female went, even long after she was gone his eyes still lingered in that direction. She said she'd come back later to check on him. Maybe she wasn't going to tell anyone? He mentally shook his head at that, there's no way she'd stay quiet...

With a rumble of his stomach his eyes landed on the boiled eggs that lay before him. As much he'd hate to admit it he couldn't deny the fact that he was hungry. He took a quick sniff at one, didn't smell too bad compared to a lot of other human foods he had seen before. So he began to eat them, he never once considered eating them but it was the only thing he could eat at the moment and with an injured leg containing a fresh wound hunting wouldn't be so easy.

He thought back to you as he ate. There was something strange about you. As if you- no he would set that thought aside for later...
