Graces PoV
Jai returned and in he walked in with my work bag.
"Look what I found" he said and held up the syringes filled with the hallucination medication.
He walked over to me and grabbed the cup that his placed next to me and brought it over to my desk.
He started to empty out the medicine into the glass. I watched him, i was starting to worry cos this meant that he had a plan for those syringes. Or maybe he just wanted the medicine gone but he was a sadistic fuck so it was most likely the first one.
Luke was watching too. He placed his leg over my leg, maybe this leg over leg thing could be our always🌚. I turned to him. He gave me a re assuring smile. I nodded slightly then turned back to jai. He was just doing his thing
Once he had done he lifted up the glass. He took a sip
"Ew" he said before the body he was using began to shake and fell onto the floor.
I gave a concerned look to Luke then back the body that was passed out on the floor. After some time he began to stand up. He turned to us. It wasn't jai anymore
"I'm going to go now" the guy said. Maybe he was going to the police to get us help. On his way out he muttered "that's the last time I eat 5 mushrooms"
Wait did he think this was some drug hallucination. That wasn't going to save me and Luke
"GET HELP" I called but the guy didn't seem to notice.
"Do you think he's going to get us help" I asked Luke. Luke shook his head
"Maybe" he shrugged
"You shook your head and said maybe that doesn't make any sense" I said
He nodded.
"I know, but there's always a maybe in a no" he said
"Stop making stuff up" I said laughing slightly.
Some how, I have no fucking idea how, just talking to Luke made me feel like I had no problems and that I was safe. That's how Im managing to smile though this.
Luke's pov

Graces PoV
The door opened and in walked jai in jai form
"Well that was a bad idea, doesn't matter anyway because that wasn't the plan" jai said. He walked over to my bag and pulled out a box full of glass jars and a clear liquid inside. That wasn't in my bag so Jai's been shopping
"Over the years I've been trying to become stronger, so I don't need a body to rely on, this might work" he said as he got a syringe and a glass bottle. He filled the syringe up with the liquid and injected it into him self
"The guy, he had this running though his blood and it gave me a sense of strength so why not try" he said as he find ones injecting it.
He made a satisfied sound and put his head up. He then turned to me and Luke.
"Oo that feels really good, I feel like weak, it's worked"
