"What's your name, dear?" An old lady asks me, looking up through her thick coke bottle glasses.

The name tag says Mrs. Hoppelbanger. I giggle a little at the ridiculous name. Jen and I would have had a huge laugh about that.

@AveryMclean: That moment when you really want to laugh at someone's name, but can't. 😂 #LOL #Hoppelbanger

I'm pretty sure my hashtag will be trending in a few minutes. I've got over 100 thousand followers on Twitter thanks to my parents. And it's ever growing since they died. I hold back my tears as I tell the woman my name.

"Avery McLean." I say.

She types it into the desktop and looks up again. "What grade are you going into?"

"Um, I'm a Senior."

She sighs before tapping that into her computer. Something starts printing in the back and she goes to get it.

She hands a package to me. I grab it, confused. "Thanks?"

"This is your information package. With class outlines, things you'll need, rules, map and your schedule. Use it." She looks very serious.

"Thank you and yes, I will."

"Okay, so now you're going to go to Orientation and that's in the auditorium." She circles it on the map.

I look where it is and I think I'll be over to find it. "Okay thank you."

"Good luck, Miss Avery." Mrs. Hoppelbanger says.

"Thanks Mrs. Hoppelbanger." I wave to her, before disappearing out the door and into the crowd of kids on their first day. A blonde boy and girl are standing together and they look exactly the same. Twins, I'm guessing. They look pretty lost, holding a map between the two of them.

Should I go talk to them? Maybe we can find it together?

I nod, talking a deep breath.

Don't be nervous! You're one of Beverly Hill's most popular High Schoolers!

Why am I so nervous? The only reason I'm going to talk to them is because they look new too. I'm Avery McLean! I can do this!

I approach them, stopping in front of the twins.

"Hi!"

They look up at me, eyes wide. The girl soon smiles though. "Hi! I'm Clarissa Claires. I'm new." Her blonde hair is more of a dirty blonde, although it's a pretty color. Her eyes are brown and her face structure is impeccable!
