~Raven Pov~
Great. My Birthday the day I was dreading for so long, because it just shows how I'm not with my family. I get out of bed, make sure my purple bob looks ok, even thought I always have my hood up. And head to the kitchen to make tea. I go to grab a tea bag when something sprung behind the couch yell "Happy Birthday!" I screamed and fell back on my butt and put my magic barrier around my.

"Raven? Are you ok?" Robin calls from the other side of the barrier. I look up at them and put the barrier down. "Raven? It is us your friends." Starfire calls. I stand up, look at them and say "what are you doing? How do you know when my birthday is?"

Cyborg looks at me then turns away and says "we may have went through the Titan computers and found out your information." I give them all the death stare and say "I appreciate what you did but I don't want to celebrate. I prefer to spend my 14 birthday alone."

"Your only 14!" They all look at me surprised. "Yeah, so what I said and I walk away." But Beast Boy grabs my arm. "Raven please stay and we were surprised because we never had someone that young and as badass as you." He says with his cheeky smile. "Well thanks, I guess." I yank my arm back. I go back to my room and begin to meditate. Then I feel it getting dark outside. It was only eleven in the morning how could it get dark, until I thought it's here the prophecy.

I go walk out to warn them, but I'm grabbed. I don't know who, but I can escape. All that's left that I can do is scream and wiggle my way through. The Titans break through my door and knock off one of my new fathers minions. "Raven, what's happening?" I look at him, then begin to walk away until he grabs me. "It's my prophecy, Beast Boy. All of you need to leave or you will get hurt." He pulls me in. "No Raven, I won't let them take you." I look at him."And I won't let you get hurt, any of you. Not for me." Robin says "But Raven, there hast to be a way around this."he was cut of by me. "No Robin, there isn't, you can't. You have to let me go...... It's my destiny." Beast Boy holds me by my neck and says, "Raven, I..... But....." Then I pull him in and kiss him on the lips passionately. He pulls away and looks at me. I whisper in his pointy elf ears. "I'm sorry."

I push away and make way out, but before I do I leave each of them a ring that I made before this all would happen. I hand them to each, walk to the exit. My last words were, "To protect you." I jump out the window and walk through the city. Unknowing that the Titans are following.
