Raven: A Teen Titans Fanfic

Chapter 7

~Raven Pov~

I walk over to the sink and put the empty mug into the sink. The titans were out to a small bank robbery, so it was ok for me to stay home. I face the elevator, or in this case our door. And begin to meditate. I chant the words "Azerath, Metrion, Zinthos!" Over and over, then the elevator slammed open, but I ignored it. I heard Cyborg yell, "Dang, that was easy! Who wants pizza?" Then I feel them look at me cause they never seen me in my meditation trance before, except Beast Boy. I open my eyes and they look away quick like they weren't staring, but it was obvious.

I walk over to the couch and sit there and teleport my book I've been reading to me and begin to read. Then I get distracted from Beast Boy who begins to play video games. He looks cute while he's playing, but it could never be. Beast Boy asks me "Hey Rea, whatcha reading?"

"Dark Shadows, by Amy Gold" I say. "Cool." He replies. "Wanna play some video games with me?" "No thanks Beast Boy." I tell him. He looks disappointed. I feel bad that he feels sad so I get up and go to the fridge and make him a frozen vegan pizza. I think it's gross, but he loves them. I walk over to home with the plate and slice in my hand and hand it to him. His face lights up its adorable. I even manage to smiles a little."

~Beast Boy Pov~

How that smile blows you away. The last Time she smiles was before she was on a hospital bed and agreeing to join the Titans. "Thanks Rea." I tell her even though she seems to get annoyed of me calling her that. "No problem Beast Boy I just feel bad for not playing video games with you." She replays but that beautiful smile seems to slowly vanish from her perfect face. God she drives me crazy ever time she walks in the room with her cloak back. I don't know what to do with myself.

She sat on the couch watching we play, but then I hear little snores and her head falls only my shoulder. I pick her up bridal style and carry her to her room. She looks so vulnerable. I lye her on her bed and put her under her covers. I hear Cy walk by and he sees me and asks "Beast Boy, what are you doing in Ravens room?"

"She fell asleep on the couch so I took her to her room."I tell him. "Your like her don't you Beasty?" " Yeah... I do Cyborg, but I don't think she feels the same back." I put my head down and Cyborg looks at me and walks to the kitchen. I begin to walk out then I feel me being tugged, held back. It was Raven hand. "Stay." Was all she made out. I nodded and turned into a critter and snuggled next to her stomach. I felt her arm wrap around my fluffy torso. "Night Beast Boy." Were the last words she said till she fell asleep. "Night Rea." I tried to say but I frog out I was a kitten so all that came out was "Meow."

~Time Skip-Raven Pov~

I woke up with a green cat next to me. I think to myself what am I doing I can't be close to him. When the prophecy comes he'll be crushed. I teleported him back to his room because this needs to stop. Even though I don't want it to.

~Beast Boy Pov~

I woke up, but I was in my bed. That's strange. I was just in Raven's room last night. I know it wasn't a dream either. I walk out and head Raven's room, I knock on the door, but no answer. I knock again and Raven yells "Go away Beast...Boy." But it was different it was like she forced herself to say it. I don't listen and I open the door. "I said get out Beast Boy....... I don't.. Want you here." She said with her monotoned voice. "But why Rea.." Cut off she said "Don't call me that, anymore." I continue with "What's your problem Raven last night I was a kitten sleeping next to you. Now you just push me away with no explanation. No! I'm not leaving until you tell me why!"

"There no reason just. GET OUT!" She yells as here eyes turn red which I thought mad her look like the total badass that she is and slammed me out of her room locking the door. All I can think is what did I do?
