Okay, after researching, I came up the appropriate back story for this family trio. Sadly, I had to cut off the romantic past between Virgo and Scorpio, because really, there wasn't really much connections between the two signs. The way they started interacting was because of Libra.
So in Greek mythology, Libra is just known as Virgo's scale, and in Roman, Libra is Scorpio's claws. There is no mythology for Libra alone.
So what I am guessing, Libra was first discovered in Rome cause apparently it stated that Libra was the most favored constellation in Rome. Libra was with Scorpio first before going to Virgo.
So their back story is, Scorpio discovers Libra, who claims to be his claws or even daughter. Upon realizing that Libra is his daughter in some way (Cause for sure, he didn't give birth to her) he takes her in. Time goes by, and Libra is slowly growing up. Scorpio takes notice that Libra was starting to act like him, and he didn't think it was right for a young girl to be influenced by him. Thinking that she needed more of female role model, the very first person he turned to was Virgo, due to the fact she was the only female he knew before Libra.
Virgo was really surprised when Scorpio contacted her, since he was a very anti-social person. He then asks her to take care of Libra which she hesitantly agrees to. So then Scorpio gave Libra to Virgo, and the two girls end up gaining a close relationship that Libra ends up calling Virgo "Mom." Scorpio would visit the two every now and then to see how they were doing, and doing this made him grow closer to Virgo as well.
When Libra finally reached her teen star years, she ended becoming her own constellation, losing her title as Scorpio's claws and Virgo's scales. Of course doing this, got her in huge argument with Scorpio, and officially moving out of his realm. She did have a small argument with Virgo as well, but because Virgo was more excepting, Libra would visit her realm to keep in contact with her supposed "mother."
On the other hand, Libra is upset that Scorpio will not admit that he wants to make up with his own daughter.
