Now this is where I added up to Capricorn's history along with Lust. Capricorn and Lust have actually been a long time acquaintances since the 1920's. Capricorn was now reincarnated as "Peter" at the time, but when he first met Lucie (Lust) he introduced himself as "Pan".
Lucie was a flapper then when she met him, so at one point, she did try to make a move on him. Though, being a lot different from his past self, Peter refused her but offered her something else. She didn't accept that offer and thought it was too ridiculous until she met and fell in love with a man named Gabriel. She ended up meeting up with Peter again and it surprised him actually.
Peter tells her about Gabriel, but suddenly felt pity for the situation she was going to get into. He tells her how Gabriel was like, but being the stubborn girl she was, she tells him that she'll still take the offer he gave her before.
When she took the offer, her entire life changed. Peter stuck around with her, watching her as she slowly grew into her "new life".
Because Peter was the first person she met and was actually quite nice to her, Lucie likes to talk to Peter the most out of the zodiacs. In fact, Lucie and Peter are the only Zodiac and Demon that don't suddenly battle when they first see each other. They just have a short and casual conversation then go back to doing their business.
Sometimes when Peter is on a solo mission, Lucie would either bother him or actually help him out by giving some clues.
