Camila's pov

Train train train, that's all I know how to do. That day I went outside four months ago I had a break through. There's no point sulking in my room all day everyday if I don't get anything out of it. If I train my hardest then I get something out of this world. Then if Aus-. If he comes back then I'm ready for him. But it's more than likely he won't.

After my fight with Lauren I was too nervous to talk to her so I ran. I ran as fast as I could back to my cabin. And once I was inside I sighed and state to walk into the living room.

"So you went outside huh?" Says a voice I wouldn't think I would hear again. I turn my head to see shawn standing there. Skinny and pale, shawn looked as sick as a old man on his death bed after fighting cancer for twenty years.

"Shawn." Is all I can say and he smiles.
"You look hot cuz." He says.
"And you look-"
"Dead." He cuts my sentence short.
"Why are you here aren't you supposed to be in hospital?'' I ask
"And miss my cuz win a fight against Lauren Jauregui?" He says laughing.
"You saw that?" I ask nervously.
"Man you can fight Mils!" Shawn says walking closer to me.
"Shawn your still sick let's take you back, please before you get hurt." I say.
"Fine but next time your fighting Jauregui I'm coming you better believe me." Shawn says smiling.

I walk Shawn back to the infirmary when I see her, the daughter of Ares starstruck and unable to say a word. I think about what to say but Shawn weighs heavy against me so I forget about it and continue walking him back to the infirmary with Lauren following.

Once Shawn is back on his bed in the infirmary he tells me to talk to Lauren.
"Do I have to I mean come on it's the daughter of Ares." I whine.
"And you bet her in a fight Mils, be proud of yourself but don't gloat. Just talk." He says.
I sigh and nod saying goodbye to my cousin and walking out of his room to be greeted right away by Lauren herself.

"Why did you run after the fight?" She asks.
"I don't know, that was my first fight in a very long time and I didn't know what to say." I say.
''Your a really good fighter, it's a pity I don't get to see you often, that was the first time in four months I've seen you." She says.
"Since I bumped into you in the pavilion I remember." I say which she smiles.
"You've intrigued me since that day.'' She says.
"How?" I ask.
"Your the daughter of Athena. Your probably the smartest person in camp." She says.
"You mean the nerd of camp." I say but she shakes her head.
"Why would you think your a nerd when your not. Your just wise and that's an amazing quality." She says.
"You think?" I ask.
"I know." She smiles.

We walk out of the infirmary following the trail until we reach the glimmering lake.

"So why haven't we seen each other in four months?" Lauren asks.
"You've wanted to see me?" I question.
"I want to get to know you." She answers.
"Why would you want to get to know me?" I ask.
"Like I said I'm intrigued by you. Something draws me towards you." Lauren says inching towards me.
"Dinah told me that you have a way with the ladies in the camp, I don't want to be sucked into that." I say taking a step back.
"The camp girls are horn dogs. In all honesty I want to settle down with someone, not have one night stands every night." Lauren says placing her hand upon my hip.
"Have you found any potential people to settle down with in camp?" I question.
"I think I have just found the one." Lauren say getting closer.
"Lauren if your trying anything right now I wouldn't, just please don't try anything." I say.
"Why would you think I would do anything without your permission." She asks confused.
"Have you seen your brothers?" I ask.
"Oh don't remind me about those knuckleheads." She laughs. Then smiles looking at me. "Mila, if you would give me permission may I walk you to your cabin?" She asks and I nod.

Lauren then gently grabs my hand with hers and intertwines our fingers. We walk at a nice steady pace until we reach the final stretch of our journey. The cabins being lit by the glowing full moon. Lauren finally walks me to the front of my cabin.

"It was nice fighting you." She smiles holding both my hands gently.
"Maybe next time you won't let me win as easily." I say and she gently giggles.
"Until next time." Lauren finally says. Gently placing a tender chaste kiss upon my cheek before letting go of my hands and walking across the garden to her cabin which is directly in front of mine.

My cheeks heat up and I walk into my cabin with a smile. Walking up the wooden stairs and Ito my room where in fall onto my bed. Looking out my window I can see the Ares cabin and in the room on the top floor I can see Lauren. She looks worried. I can hear her mumbled words.

"Why did I do that, she's probably not even gay and I probably scared her and if I didn't I defiantly crossed some sort of boundary." She say to herself while punching a wall.

I get the sudden idea to tell her it was ok but I know the Ares boys wouldn't let me into their cabin without taking my top off, stupid horn dogs. Suddenly I get a brilliant idea. I rush to my desk and scribble a note to Lauren and then fold the note into a paper aeroplane. When I think I've gotten the right position to fly it, I open my window, walk back a bit then run up to my we do and release the plane which I watch fly into the sky until it hits Lauren's window and lands on the windowsill. I see Lauren jump when she hears a noise and looks outside to see the plane. She opens her window and gently picks up the plane and unfolds it.
