Sun looked at the time on her phone for the millionth time. Traffic in the area was still bad, which meant Lina manager unnie hadn't arrived yet, the fansign was just about to wrap up, and the person who the car belonged to still wasn't back. Minnie just stood by her her arms crossed over her chest while people continued to surround them and snap pictures of the two girls who had caused the accident.
The younger of the two girls was texting her boyfriend, assuring him that she was okay, and that it had just been a minor accident. But he was still worried about her. He had seen the articles online and thought she had been hurt until she assured him otherwise.
By the time their manager arrived, the fansign had been over by twenty minutes and the other girls were on their way back to the hotel. They were a bit tired from their hours of signing merchandise and taking selfies with the fans, and they didn't hear about the accident until they were back at the hotel and turned on their television.
Lina the manager was able to negotiate with the person who owned the car and promised that Pledis would take care of the expenses to fix the damage. Sun knew that the bill for that would be added to her trainee debt which was skyscraper high. That didn't matter to her in that moment, she was more disappointed then about two things. One that she hadn't gotten to attend the fansign, and two that she would be the talk of the kpop world after that accident. SM Entertainment would no doubt find a way to use that to their advantage.
Once they were back in the car, Lina said to the group's maknae in a serious tone, "This is why you need parental supervision all the time. You're such a child, Park Mae." She knew she was in trouble already, but more so when she was called by her real name, Park Mae.
"I take full responsibility for this, Lina unnie." Minnie spoke up.
Sun placed a hand on her unnie's lap and gave a shake of her head. "No, Min unnie. This was my fault. I should have been more careful."
Their manager agreed. "I asked you to watch her, Mina. That doesn't mean you're responsible for whatshe does. She's our maknae, but she's also an adult already." Turning in her seat at the front to look at the younger of the two, she warned, "There will be consequences for this, Park Mae. Not only will the bill for the expenses of that car be added to your debt to us, but you will be required to issue a public apology both on Happy Camp and on all of our platforms later tonight. Additionally, you will no longer be allowed to operate any vehicles. Ever."
That's a little harsh, Sun thought. But she didn't dare say anything of it.
She only nodded her head in agreement to her punishment.

They arrived back at the hotel within twenty minutes and the two girls headed to the room which they shared together. Their room connected through an emergency door to the room next door, which the other four of their group members used to get into the room.
