20. Lifeguard Mark

"I'm Mark. I just saved you. Are you sure you're okay?"

You were at the town pool by yourself. You decided to try the diving board for a change.

You climbed up the ladder and you made eye contact with the super hot lifeguard watching you.

He was so cute with his fiery red hair, his beautiful muscles, and his glasses. You blushed at the sight.

You walked toward the edge of the board.

You were nervous.

You jumped off, soaring into the air, you fell into the water, touching the bottom of the twelve foot pool.

You pushed up, but you were quickly running out of air. You then had no more air left.

You took a big huge gasp of water which quickly filled your lungs.

You heard a whistle from underwater and you saw him dive in.

It was the hot lifeguard.

He quickly pulled you out of the water and gently laid you on the concrete.

He gave you compressions over and over and listened for your heart.

He put his lips on yours and gave you mouth to mouth.

You began to feel the water come out from your lungs and began coughing.

You opened your eyes, still coughing. When your vision became clear you saw him hovering over you.

"Are you okay? Can you see me?" He asked.

"Y-yeah..." You said with a raspy voice.

"I'm Mark. I just saved you. Are you sure you're okay?" He asked.

You sat up and nodded. "Yeah, I'm fine."

He helped you up to your feet and rubbed your shoulder.

"It was a pleasure giving you mouth to mouth..." He winked.

You blushed again and giggled. "Thank you... For saving my life and all..."

"Anytime. It's my job... Does this pretty face have a name?" Mark asked you.

"I'm (Y/N)." You said shaking his hand.

"That's a beautiful name. (Y/N)." Mark emphasized, saying your name over and over.

You giggled once again.

"Would it be crazy if I asked for your number?" He asked.

"Yes." You said, laughing "But I'll be glad to give it to you."

You exchanged numbers, excited to tell your friends about Lifeguard Mark.
