When Trixie awoke, her throat felt parched and dry. Water. She needed water. The only problem was, there was none in sight. The next thing Trixie realised was that she was desperately hungry. How stupid was I to wander off alone into the woods with no supplies? Trixie wondered. She decided to go off on a desperate search for some water. Trixie stumbled forward, half asleep, no idea where she was going. This continued for several dismal hours, until Trixie suddenly tripped, and felt freezing water soak into her clothes, numbing her skin. Shivering and dripping, Trixie clambered out of the small lake she had landed herself in. Leaning over the edge of the slippery clay bank, Trixie cupped her delicate hands full of water and brought them up to her face, allowing the cool, clear taste of the water to penetrate her mouth and slip down her throat. Gasping for air, she surveyed her surroundings. Forest, forest, and more forest. How the hell was she supposed to navigate a landscape that all looked exactly the same? Trixie suddenly noticed a shrub like tree covered in small scarlet fruit, that appeared to be cranberries. Trixie dashed over the plant, stuffing the jewel like fruit into her mouth. She felt dizzy. Staggeringly dizzy. She was dying, falling away. A tiny moan escaped her mouth as she was plunged into blackness...
