WAITED...

She asked if she could call him... Because she missed his voice... And his laugh... Well, just him in general...
He replied, saying he was busy. Apparently he was already in a call with his friend. He said he'd call later...
So she waited...

Half an hour had gone by and she had decided to have a shower. She prepared her clothes, towel and toiletries and went to open her door.
She grippd on the door knob and looked behind her, glancing down at her phone that laid peacefully on her pillow, then it hit her; she couldn't shower! What if she missed his call? She knew she couldn't risk it... so she put her things away and waited...

An hour passed since and suddenly she had grown tired... But she forced myself to stay awake. Picking up a book, she began to read, often glancing at her phone to see if the screen had lit up yet. It hadn't... So she continued to wait...

An hour and a half later, and still no call. She hadn't read much of her book, due to being awefully distracted by her inactive phone.
He had messaged.
She smiled and opened the messaged to find out that he was still in a call with his friend.
"Okay," she whispered to herself, "He'll call after he is done with Nathan."
So she waited...

Two hours later and he had messaged again... He was no longer on the phone with Nathan. Yet... Still no call?
"He'll call soon, right?" She reassured herself.

Oh how wrong she was...

Two and half hours later and still no call... She kept her phone clutched in her hand the entire time waiting.
He messaged... "Wud"
She replied, "I don't know." Truthfully she was unsure of what to reply with. All she was doing was waiting patiently for his call, but she couldn't tell him that. Then she'd look desperate...
She quickly added, "wbu?" And pressed sent.
His reply came within ten minutes, "Playing Xbox"
She replied a quick okay and continued staring at her phone, waiting for his call...

Three hours later and she began to feel her eyes get heavy. She snuggled under her blanket, to protect herself from the cold winds.
Her phone lit up in her hands, and a smile spread across her face. She opened his messaged...
"Brb shower."

Her face dropped...

Instead of trying to be nice, she typed back, "Whatever. I'm going to sleep."

For three hours she had waited for nothing...

While she avoided doing anything, fearful of missing his call, he was doing all the things she restrained from. Eating, showering, participating in hobbies.

Not only that, but she had stayed up really late, knowing she had to be awake at 5:30 am the next morning. Still, she waited for him... His call...

By midnight she was crying herself to sleep, feeling emotional and tired. Yet she still waited... But this time not for a call... But for him to, one day, put her above everything else as she did with him...

Just like the call.. That day never came...

DUN DUN DUN

Sorry, I felt like I needed to write something that was relatable to other teenagers.
Sadly, this happens to a lot of girls all over the world.
They are overlooked and frankly under valued. Especially in there sentimental life.

I feel like this particular event thats been written out teaches some of you to maybe step back and have a look at your relationships.
If this has ever happened to you, or something similar, then I'm sorry. I understand it isn't a huge issue that I'm expressing but its still an issue that's overlooked. Passed off as something its not.
Honestly girls if a guy is doing this to you then maybe you really need to think about your relationship because this to me is unacceptable true god!

If your man can't make you his number one, then don't bother being anyone to him.

Also, if you've experienced stuff like this feel free to messaged me tbh because I love meeting new people and I'm more than happy to listen to you guys and your stories :)

That's it from me today... Bye bye! :)
