The world pushed her towards the edge, the people around her cheering as she got closer with each step.
As daunting as it was, the thought of her life being a constant battle was worse then the fear of falling off the edge to her certain death.
She pulled her shoulders back, and calmly walked to the rim of the cliff, the world waiting in silence as she stood at the very edge, one more step away from death.
She hesitated, earning a snicker from the crowd around her. All thoughts of turning around left, as she jumped off the edge.
And the crowd always wondered why
