Joe's POV

I look down at the phone, shocked at what Conor just texted me. I couldn't do that to Laura, she's been through so much. I don't want to break her heart when I don't need to, I love her and she loves me. But, I don't want to lose Conor either, my bestfriend. But he's been rude to Laura and I, making fun of her. But I can forgive him, right? He said he didn't mean it after all....

Joe: Conor, you know I can't do that...

Conor: Joe, she's ruined your life. Look what she did to our friendship, do you want that to happen again?

Joe: No, but...

Conor: No buts, it's either me or Laura.

Joe: Do I have time to think about it?

Conor: Fine, until the end of the day at 7pm. You have 6 hours

I throw my phone on the floor, not really caring if it broke or not. I put my hands through my hair, tugging at the blonde strands. I can't make that choice. Two of the most important people in my life, and I have to choose one? Conor used to never act like this, but in some ways he's right. Since Laura has entered the picture our friendship has gone down hill.

But we could make it work, it was hard since we had to share a room at PAX. Since we are now home, they won't meet each-other as much. Conor is a few years older than me, and he's leaving school soon. He will be gone to college and they'll probably never meet again. But he wants me to make a choice, I need someone's opinion. It can't be either of theirs, I could ask my other friends, but I'm not as close to them like I am to Conor.

I pick up my phone, checking for any scratches, thankfully there were none. I walk down the stairs, a lovely smell of bacon wafts from the kitchen, but I go into the sitting room (for you guys who don't know what a sitting room is its like a room where you watch TV and relax with family :p) Dad is sitting down on the couch, reading a magazine. He looks up at me as I enter the room.

"Hey, I haven't seen you in a while, how was America?" He puts down the newspaper, taking off his glasses. I sit on the couch beside him, putting on a fake smile. "It was great, the weather was really nice" I look over at the coffee table, where pictures in frames are standing, most of them from my childhood. I'm an only child, so the pictures are only of me, some from holidays, school pictures, you name it. My parents have a picture of me in all scenarios.

"That's good, how is that girl? Laura?" He smirks and I nod, knowing that in a few hours that she might not be my girlfriend at all. "She's good" I answer, and he looks at me, confused. "Are you okay son? Is there something you aren't telling us?" He asks, and I don't answer. "You can tell me anything, you know" He pats my shoulder and gives me a reassuring smile.

"Dad, have you ever had to make a choice that you don't want to do?" Dad laughs a little, sighing afterwards. "Yes, I think everyone has to make a choice like that at least once in their lives" He says and I nod "How do you choose? If the two things you have to choose from you both like very much" I look out the window, watching birds fly by. Birds have no problems, no worries. They can just fly all day, what a life.

"You go with the one you really love, as cliché as it sounds, follow your heart" I look up at him and smile. "Thanks Dad, you've helped a lot" He squeezes my shoulder "No problem, tell me what happens when you make this big choice" I stand up, about to leave. "I will!" I walk out of the room, and go back to my bedroom.

Mark's POV

I don't sleep much that night, knowing that someone might be looking through my computer, deleting files, pictures and videos. I have photos of Jack and I when we just met, our wedding video is on that, I was supposed to send it to make a DVD. Now I might never see it again.
