Laura's POV

I wake up to the noise of beeping horns in cars outside. I groan, slowly stretching and getting out of bed. I open the curtains to see a white blanket of snow covering the roads. "Snow!" I scream excitedly quickly getting changed into my wooliest jumper, leggings and boots.

I quickly run down the stairs, trying not to fall and accidentally go unconscious. I open the door and gasp. The snow is a foot deep, and people in cars are desperately trying to clear the road to try to continue their daily lives. But not me.

The 5 year old child comes out of me and I quickly start creating a snowman. The snow was so cold and I could barely feel my hands afterwards but I was proud of the little snowman I created. I go back to my flat and get a carrot and some old buttons in one of my cupboards. I go back outside and stick them in Steve (idk) the snowman.

People driving past smile at me as if I'm a little girl. But let's be honest, who doesn't become a child again when they see snow? I wipe the snow off my jacket and slowly walk back inside. I pull my socks off my feet and sit down on my sofa, holding my fresh cup of hot chocolate. I sigh in delight.

My phone vibrates, it's from Jack.

J: Merry early Christmas! Do you want to come and stay with us to celebrate? x
L: Sure I would love that! x
J: Come today if you can!

I turn off my phone, smiling. I won't have to spend Christmas alone this year. It's my first Christmas without Joe at my side. But that won't stop me spending the best Christmas ever with my family.

I walk into my very messy room and begin to search for suitable clothes to bring with me. I pack my comfiest clothes, woolly jumpers, leggings and boots. I grab a few books and my laptop, along with my phone and the chargers. I look around the place one more time before locking the front door and walking down the stairs.

Joe's POV

Our plan is in action, I pack up my clothes and I leave, quickly getting into a taxi. I have to get there before Laura gets there, or else the surprise will be ruined.

I thank the driver, giving him way too much of a tip but before he could say anything I was gone. I quickly run up the stairs, quickly past Conor's old flat and I run up to Jack and Mark's flat door, nearly crashing face first into it.

I knock on the door, and Mark opens it quickly, pushing me inside. "Is she here yet?" I ask him and he shakes his head. "Do you have everything?" He says and I nod. "Yes, I'm so scared Mark, what if she still hasn't made up her mind" I say sadly, I look over and I see Jack walk out of his room. "Joe, if she loves you she'll do the right thing" He says supportively, patting my back.

I smile at him, as a sign of thanks. "Anyways, you have some stuff to do! Get set up and we will be gone for a little while" Mark says, holding Jack's hand. "Ok" I say, quickly taking some flowers out of my bag and I begin to pick the petals off quickly. "Uh Joe what are you doing?" Mark says, concerned. "You'll see" I say excitedly.

Hannah's POV

I grab a bunch of flowers from Tesco and quickly buy them along with chocolates and a card. I made sure it was her favourite chocolate, Terry's Chocolate Orange (sponsored by Terry's Chocolate Orange lol). I jump back into the car and begin my journey back to Laura's.

I feel especially happy today for some reason, maybe it's because I've finally found the girl of my dreams and I have a chance with her. I smile to myself, waving at another driver for no apparent reason. What is wrong with me? Is this what it is like to be in love?
