Chapter 51

Two days has passed since we returned, Zen was still resting because of her wounds. She was getting better, she has a good regeneration, maybe because she is a demon.

I left the wood in the back part of the house and went to the kitchen to make the breakfast. When i checked Zen was sleeping in her bed, peacefully. I smiled when i remembered her sleeping with a smile.

I started to cook, today i will do waffles with chocolate, i know how much she loves chocolate and i know that will make her happy. As she told me she didnt like to be in bed for a long time, she must be pretty bored.

After some minutes i heard footsteps coming downstairs. Must be Zen... will she be okay now?. I couldn't left the kitchen or the food would get burned so i looked to the stairs. Zen came, walking, to the kitchen.

-"Morning. How are you feeling today? "-. I smiled at her while kept cooking.

-" Morning... and im feeling better, my wounds dont hurt now"-. She smiled and streches and jumped a bit to show me that she was okay.

-"Okay... I see that you are healed... but i will check it later... after the breakfast. "-I smiled at her and put the waffles in a big plate.

She grabbed the plate and smiled to me, walked to the table, in the living room and put it there. I followed her with the hot chocolate and two glasses of juice and put it in the table too.

-" Ahhh! I knew that I smelled chocolate!! "-. She smiled wide when i covered the waffles with the chocolate. she sat waiting me , she moved excited to taste them.

-" Ahaha.. you really love chocolate "-. I smiled and finished. Sat in the table and Zen took one of the waffles and started to eat. I could see how her eyes shined. I laughed a bit and took another for me.

-" Deliiiiicious!! "-. She kept eating with a big smile. -" This chocolate taste soooo gooood. Where did you buy it? "-. She looked at me.

-" I didnt... i did it by myself. Its handmade chocolate "-. I laughed a bit and ate.

She smiled more and kept eating. After some minutes we finished. I looked at her sideways, she has a bit of chocolate near her mouth.

-" Ahhh i think is the best chocolate i ever tasted..... well there is one shop in hell that make a delicious chocolate... but I think this is better "-. She smiled and looked at me. I still was looking at the chocolate in her mouth. -" Is something wrong? "-. She looked a bit confused.

I smiled a bit and slowly raised my hand and passed my finger for the part where the chocolate was... i touched her lips a bit too. I could see how she blushed a lot and looked at me. I licked the chocolate in my finger and looked at her with a perverted smile. She blushed more.

-"S-stop making me blush on purpose !! "-. Her cheeks were totally red. I laughed for it.

-" Ahahah... but you had a bit of chocolate in your face"-. I smiled trying to sound innocent.

-"You could your tell me and i would clean it! "-. She crossed her arms and looked away. I laughed again that cute attitude is killing me.

-" Ah, then i couldnt see you blush. You know... you are really cute when you blush "-. I smiled and laughed a bit. She blushed a bit more.

-" I-i...... w-well didnt you say that you wanted to check my wounds? "-. She was still looking away. I smiled. She totally changed the topic. i laughed again.

-" And i will.... but first i will clean all this"-. I stand up and started to take the stuff.

-"I will help "-. She tried to grab some of the glasses. But i moved my hands away so she couldn't.

-" No, you will lie down in the sofa. A patient doesnt clean the plates "-. I smiled , she looked annoyed to me but went to the sofa and lied there.

I walked to the kitchen and after some minutes i returned. Zen was waiting. I took a chair and put it near the couch and sat in there.

-" Okay i will move a bit up your shirt to see your stomach... "-. She nooded and looked a bit away.

I moved her shirt up and saw the bandages in her stomach and started to press them.

-" Tell me if something hurt.... you worst wound was in the stomach... so if this one is okay the others will be too... but i will check anyway. "-. I smiled at her.

-" O-okay... It doesnt hurt for now "-. I think she was a bit blushed because i was touching her body. i smiled.

I took off the bandages in her stomach and looked at the wound.... it was okay. It will no open again but it will hurt if someone hits her there. I pressed a bit and she made a little pain face.... well it was normal. I put the bandages as before again.

I pressed in some other parts of her body, like arms and legs but she said nothing or made a pain face, so they were okay.

-"Okay you are healthy again... but... if something hits your stomach it will hurt but the wounds will not open. The rest is perfect... but... even knowing that ... eat this "-. I took out a leaf and gave it to her. It was the same leaf, All the days i gave her 2, one at morning and other in the afternoon, so her wounds heal faster..... and it was working.

She took and ate it. Put her shirt normal again and sat up.

-" Thanks... for... well for care of me "-. She smiled at me.

-" Of course... why shouldn't i care for you? "-. I smiled and caress her cheek a bit. -" Well.... you wanted to fight right?... you are healthy enough to do it "-. I smiled and stood up.

-" Yeah. You will see how strong i am! "-. She stands up and smiled at me, she looked excited to show me. I laughed a bit and rubbed her hair.

-"I know that you are strong..... cmon..." -. I walked and opened the back door. Zen walked outside and me too.

Today was a warm day... normally it was more cold but not today. Well it will be better for her. I looked how she walked to the center of the clear and waited for me.

So..... we are gonna fight.... Ill try to not use my powers to dont make her feel cold...... after all she is pretty sensitive to it. I walked to her with a smile.
