I tried to keep my cool, but that girl can get on your nerves easily.

"I missed you is not an answer!" I told her. "Again, why - are - you - here?"

"Oh, you're starting to get mad. Intresting." Emily replied. Then she stared out the window.

Five minutes passed and she hadn't said anything.

"Emily!" I yelled. Some passengers turned around and looked at me, but my glare was enough to tell them I wasn't in the mood.

"What?" She answered dreamily.

"Are you following me?"

"Uh duh! Don't you think 'Hakem' would want to keep an eye on you?"

"Why? Why would they want to keep an eye on me?"

"I don't know! I'm just following orders!"

"Well then, don't follow them. I could seriously hurt you and I don't want to."

She let out a small chuckle. "Woah, slow down there tiger."

I was really getting pissed off, I started shuffling in my seat. Something pressed against my leg.

Let's have some fun. I thought.

"You really think that I'm scared of you?" I asked.

"It's okay to be a pussy sometimes. I mean, you are facing a worldwide organization."

"Wow, that is frightening. But you see, I don't give a shit."

"Well you should. I mean I would. Do you think I'm the only one watching you?"

We were worried about that back at the safehouse, but hearing it from her made me worry a lot more.

"Then why aren't you taking action? You want me so bad, come and get it." I whispered with a wink.

"In a relationship and hitting on me. Men. Shocking." She said rolling her eyes.

"Funny you should mention 'shocking' because-"

I let me stun-gun do the rest of the talking, as I finally got it out of my pants (not in any weird areas) and planted it in her thigh. Her whole body shook, and landed on top of me.

An old woman looked at us and shook her head, muttering something about teenagers doing it everywhere.

Even though I got rid of Emily for a while, I knew I should stay alert. I was worried about the others, since no one was talking on the microphones, so I started the chat.

"Everybody okay?"

Thank God, nobody was hurt. Maddie, Roy and Leena had a little fight, but got out of it without a scratch. Oli and Jack were fine, too fine. They were having sushi. Rob answered with a simple "Yes".

The ride was so long I didn't even feel myself falling asleep. I wish I didn't because the dream scared the crap out of me.

The spirits were still ready to fight each other. I was on the verge of going insane. I knew it would only end up in total chaos. A dragon flew in front of me and gave me a sad look, but I didn't know why, or who it belonged to.
Dreams and their riddles.
Suddenly, I felt something biting the back of my neck, and I felt drousiness falling all over my body.
My energy started to fade.
My fox looked behind me and I recognized a look of shock as he said to the thing behind me: "How could you?"

I awoke to the sound of the driver calling me. Emily was still passed out next to me. Good. I gave the driver some cash and told him Emily would be going down to the borders of Mexico. I can't believe he bought it.

As soon as I got down, my feet felt numb. I've been on this bus probably four or five hours. I still had to walk a couple of blocks. I informed my friends that I was off the bus and started walking, making sure of my surroundings. I had to walk three more blocks to arrive to Chinatown.

I was somewhere between excited and nervous, not expecting what would find me over there. I was getting awkward stares, and I starting to calculate the chances of them being in 'Hakem'. The crazy thing I was picking up a lot of caster aura, and I didn't know where it came from, mostly because a huge pile of it was coming two blocks ahead of me now.

Closer and closer yet, the streets started to get empty. I felt the urge not to get scared, but the two guys suddenly jumping in front of me out of nowhere didn't make it easy.

They looked so much alike, with their spiky hair and white faces, and the fact that they wore the same red shirt and black pants didn't help. I knew they were asian, chinese, even though they had shades on, well, since we were so close to Chinatown.

"We require the Scorpion." They choired in a weird accent.

I knew they were referring to Roy, but the last time I checked, him and the girls were too far behind me. Plus, what did they want from him anyways?

"Umm, I don't have any right now." I said, trying to act dumb. "Would you take a Fox instead?"

Well I certainly felt dumb, because as soon as I said 'fox', their mouths hung open and they looked at me in bewilderment, whatever that means.

"You..." They both trailed off.

They looked at me with regret.

"I'm so honored to meet you." Both of them said. "Yet so ashamed to be the one to kill you."

As soon as they said that they threw something at me so fast I couldn't recognise it at the beginning, but I considered myself lucky since it hovered inches away from my face as I made my way towards a dumpster.

Yeah, great place to hide. I thought, the horrifying smell hitting my nose right away.

Immediatly, one of the guys ran towards me, and threw one of those things again. It clatered against the wall as I jumped. I looked down at it, and it turned out to be a ninja-star.

Seriously?

I wanted to make fun of both of them but I couldn't, because they were three.

"What the..."

"Confused?" One of them said, as another copy of him came out of his body.

"As I said before," another one told me while duplicating himself.

"I'm sorry." A copy whispered in my ear.

Instinctivly, I shoved him off the dumpster, and ducked a bunch of ninja-stars.

Okay, so one original, what looks like a thousand copies and infinite fuckin ninja stars flying in my face. The word "flying" caught my attention.

I got in the middle of all of the shaded guys, and stoped the attacks in mid air, using my wind powers. They all stopped and looked in surprise, but I didn't waste my time being impressed by the fact that I stopped a hundred ninja-stars... well you know how it goes. I redirected them the same way they came spinning towards me, and everywhere a ninja star hit someone, they turned spirit-kind blue and disappeared, until there was only one clutching his shoulder, where I seem to hit him.

"Hùndùn." He whispered in terror and turned around running away.

Still not believing what I did, I took my small microphone out and said: "Umm, okay you guys have fun inside."

"Twins met you?" Rob's voice was heard in my ear.

"There was like a thousand of them dude! And all of them, and I repeat, ALL of them attacked my fucking face."

"Honey, don't be a pussy and walk in." Maddie said.

"Relationship goals." Jack laughed as I got redder and redder.

I rolled my eyes and turned around, walking into what probably seemed like my certain death.
