Knowing you are going to loose the one you cherish most is the worst thing that could happen to anyone.

Ryan's eyes scanned the market for Georgia once again, praying he had just missed her the first time he checked. Telling himself to calm down , he walked to the different stalls that held items he knew attracted Georgia and asked them if they had seen her pass by or if she had visited their stalls but they all said no. He ran his hand across his face . He never should have left her alone in such a place.

"Ryan!"  Feeling his heart stop and pick up at a faster rate, he turned his head to where the sound had come from and spotted Georgia across the road waving at him with a grin which quickly vanished when she saw his expression.

Apart the relief that had flooded his body, he could also feel his anger surfacing. What was she thinking walking about alone in a strange place. But then again, like he had said it was a strange place and she had no idea how vulnerable she was in such a place unlike him.

He had grown up in this particular town although where he dwelt back then was a bit farther than this place. This place was a city compared to the slums he had grown up in. But it did not change the fact that thieves still patrolled the market with knives ready to snatch bags or preferably  the woman who had the bag. And in that dress she wore, she was demanding so Mich attention without even realizing it.

He felt his increasing anger win the battle to fully surface as he strode across the empty road to where she stood looking insure if she should stand there and wait for him or run for her life.

"What in earth where you thinking going away like that?! Do you have any idea the danger you had put yourself?! I was so damn scared of loosing you. What did you expect me to tell people if you went missing?!"

She visible shrunk under his cold glare." Ryan, I'm sorry." Georgia tried her best to make him not be mad at her. She was leaving soon and wanted her last memories of him to be special and not like this. Forcing some courage into herself, she reached out and placed her hand on his sweater clad arm feeling the tense muscle underneath. I didn't mean to make you worried. I was actually going to get sometime for you." She said in a small voice and was glad when she felt him relax at the realization that she had gotten something for him.

She reached into her bag and produced a bracelet made from black cord with beads woven in it and a metal plate with the words." I'll always be with you."   inscribed on it. His eyes widened as she held his rough large palm on her soft , much smaller one. He watched as she placed it on his wrist.

"Its something for you to remember me with, a shambala

"Its something for you to remember me with, a shambala. So that every time you look at it, you'll remember your personal assistant who you helped in so many ways than just financially. Its not expensive or special but it's the least I can do to express my gratitude for all you've done for me. " she placed her hand on his wrist and glanced up at his confused eyes with tears shining in her brown eyes. "Thank you for everything." She whispered the words so only him heard it and he couldn't help but frown in confusion.
