Chapter 35: Crown and Skepter!

Flashback!
      Elissabat is the queen of vampires. She only is because of Draculaura, and that was when Draculaura got her full vampire powers. Elissabat was at her castle and on her throne when there was a knock on the door. Elissabat got up and answered it with a smile. She had on her crown and was holding her skepter. She saw it was two of her best friends, Viperine Gorgon and Honey Swamp. "Come in!" Elissabat exclaimed. They walked in and Elissabat lead them into the throne room. "You guys hungry?" Elissabat asked. "Sure." Viperine replied. "I could eat." Honey replied and Elissabat giggled. "I'll be back." Elissabat stated and she walked off to the kitchen.
    Elissabat returned with some servants. Elissabat sat on her throne and a servant put a chair om each side of her so Viperine and Honey can sit down next to her. One vampire handed Viperine dates stuffed with almonds and wrapped in bacon and a coke. Then another servant handed Honey a plate with beans, rice, and jambalaya with a glass of water. Then another servant handed Elissabat two oranges and a glass of blood. "Thank you all, you're dismissed." Elissabat stated and they left.

Real World!
     Elisabeth was eating a blood orange with a glass for blood for breakfast. Then Alison walked down in an ice blue dress and her hair in a high ponytail. "I'm heading out." Alison stated. "Not without breakfast." Elisabeth stated and Alison sighed. "But Liz." Alison stated. "I said not without breakfast." Elisabeth repeated and Alison sighed again. Alison sat across from Elisabeth and poured herself some cereal and some milk in it and then she poured herself a glass of milk to drink. Alison is the only one that calls Elizabeth Liz, since she is basically like her mom. "Are you okay?" Elizabeth asked. "Yeah." Alison replied. "You sure?" Elizabeth asked. "Yeah, Liz. I'm fine, really." Alison replied and Elizabeth nodded. "Good, I'm glad." Elisabeth stated and Alison nodded with a small smile. "Alison finished her breakfast and went to the door. "I'm leaving! Love you!" Alison exclaimed and Elizabeth smiled. "Love you too, sweetums!" Elizabeth exclaimed and Alison left.
     Alison was out, who knows where, and Elizabeth decided to take a stroll down the streets. Everyone waved at her as she waved back. She started walking past Mr. Gold's shop but stopped when she saw something threw the window being displayed. Mr. Gold only displays valuable items, but for some reason.... This item caught her eye. She's never been really interested in anything that was in Mr. Gold's shop.

      Elisabeth starred at it and then walked inside the shop and towards it to get a closer look. It's a blood red crown with a blood red heart and blood red designs next to the heart that lays in the center. It's breathtaking and she loved it. Then Mr. Gold came from the back. "Ah! Miss. Mayor! How may I help you?" Mr. Gold asked as he went behind the counter. "Nothing, I just saw this and it peeked my interest for some strange reasons." Elizabeth replied and Mr. Gold smirked. "I see." Mr. Gold stated. "Could I get a closer look?" Elisabeth asked. "Certainly Miss. Mayor." Mr. Gold replied as he grabbed a key and walked over to her. He unlocked the glass box and pulled out the crown and be held it carefully.  He placed it on her head and she walked to a mirror that hung on the wall. She gasped at her reflection. "It's perfect!" Elizabeth exclaimed with a smile. "I'm glad you like it." Mr. Gold stated. "Should I get it?" Elizabeth asked. "It's up to you, Miss. Mayor." Mr. Gold replied. Elizabeth saw a skepter and linked it up.and looked back at her reflection "I love them both and all, but I don't really have any use for them." Elizabeth stated. "That's probably for the best." Mr. Gold stated. But then she started thinking. "Actually, I'll take them.... Both of them." Elizabeth stated as she turned to face Mr. Gold. "You sure?" Mr. Gold asked as he got back behind the counter. "Positive." Elizabeth replied. "Alright." Mr. Gold agreed. Elizabeth handed him a $50 bill and she left wearing the crown and holding the skepter in her hand.

Flashback!
      Viperine and Honey had left Elissabat's castle and a couple of hourse later, someone knocked on the door. A guard let her in and led her to the throne room where Elissabat sat on her throne. "Draculaura! I'm so glad to see you!" Elissabat exclaimed. She got up and ran over to her childhood friend. Elissabat gave Draculaura a big hug and Draculaura hugged her back as they both laughed. They pulled away with smiles. "What are you doing here?" Elissabat asked. "To see you of course." Draculaura replied and Elissabat giggled. "You wanna spend the night?" Elissabat asked. "Of course!" Draculaura replied and they both giggled. "Micheal, could you go get the double bed bedroom ready for us," Elissabat asked. "Of course, your majesty." Micheal replied and he left. The girls squealed and then they ran upstairs.

Real World!
    Elizabeth walked up the steps of her mansion as Alison got there too. "Hey." Elizabeth greeted. "Hi, Liz." Alison greeted. "Home already, Ali?" Elizabeth asked. "Yeah, I just went to a few errins with Lynda." Alison replied. "Looking like that?" Elizabeth asked with a smirk. Alison looked down at what she was wearing and looked back up at the mayor with a nervous look. "I was just out with some friends for the day." Alison stated and Elizabeth nodded. "Whatever you say." Elizabeth stated with a smirk. "What's with all of that?" Alison asked as she pointed to the crown and skepter. "I saw it at Mr. Gold's shop. I loved them, so I got them." Elizabeth replied and Alison nodded. "Okay then." Alison stated. Them they both walked in.

Flashback!
     Elizabat and Draculaura hung out the rest of that day and all night. They ate breakfast today and were in a limo on their way to Draculaura's college. The driver stopped the limo and got out. He opened the girls door and they got out. Everyone started swarming them and the driver had to try to keep them away from the girls. "A price for bring queen." Elizabat stated with a shrug. "It's a small price to pay for all of the wonderful things you get for bring queen." Draculaura stated and Elizabat nodded. "True." Elizabat agreed and they both giggled. They hugged tight and then Draculaura went to her dorm as Elizabat got back to her limo. The driver then took Elizabat back to her castle.
