Chapter 21: Missing Yeti Part 1!

Flashback!
     Abbey decided it was time to vidit her family. So she got on a blue dress with a purple jacket with blue heels and two braids in her hair. She was at her place and heading up the mountain to her palace. It was a long journey, but she is always up for a good journey. But she's not alone on her journey back home. She's with Lagoona, who is wearing a heavy winter outfit to keep warm as Abbey had on a summer outfit, the cold doesn't bother her.
      "I still don't understand how you can wear that here." Lagoona stated and Abbey laughed. "Please. This nothing. Wait til you see what mom and dad wear." Abbey stated and Lagoona giggled. "I'm a sea monster but this is just too much." Lagoona stated. "You did not have to come." Abbey stated. "I know, but I wanted to." Lagoona stated. "We get there soon." Abbey stated and Lagoona nodded.

Real World!
     Alyson had her hair in two braids. She also has on a purple dress and a blue jacket with purple heels. She was walking on the sidewalk with her head down and her hands in her jacket pockets. She sighed as she kept walking. Daisy was leaving the library and saw her so she decided to walk over to her. "Alyson?" Daisy asked and Alyson looked up. "Oh, hi Daisy." Alyson greeted. "Are you okay?" Daisy asked. "Course I am." Alyson replied. "You don't look like it." Daisy stated. "But I am." Alyson reassured. "You can tell me anything." Daisy stated. "Apparently you don't know me very well. I don't open up to, uh, anyone." Alyson stated. "I know how you feel. I do the exact same thing." Daisy stated. "Really?" Alyson asked. "Yeah. I have been hurt over and over again. My whole life as been one big lie. Pain, after pain, after pain. No one stated in my life for too long, until I came here. I finally found people who care about me. People who trust me and love me when I didn't give them any reason to. People usually push me away from them, and I'm left alone and feeling hopeless. Because of all of that, I started being the one to push away. To stay away from me because I got tired of being hurt over and over again. I wanted a fresh start and now I have one. I have learned a few things from staying here and being around these people, who I once tried to push away also. You can never be happy if you don't put yourself out there once in a while. A happy ending doesn't come by being alone and waiting for it, you have to go out there and find it yourself. Life is.... A tricky thing. Always playing tricks on you. Making you think you're worthless and that your whole exsistance is worthless, when it's not. Everyone has pain and hurt now and then, you can't let that ruin your life. Because it only will if you let it. You have to grab onto life and never let go. I've learned that you can't push people away, especially ones that love you, and you can't bottle up your feelings. It's very dangerous to do. The bottle might snap one day and all of your feelings will come out at once, and then people will really start to push away from you. I was given up at birth and I spent my life in foster homes all around the world. No one wanted me and when a foster home got tired of me, I was shipped off. My life has been one rollercoaster after another. But not the fun apart, the bumps that make people puke. When I turned 18, I was kicked out. I was on my own, in a world that no one taught me how to live in. I struggled to finds jobs and homes. Having to live homeless sometimes. I finally found a job as an underpaid waitress and got an okay apartment. My life has improved so much since I've been here, and you have been here since birth. Life can be nice and mean, don't let life run you over again and again. Take life by the first and punch it until you get the life that you want. That is the only way you can get what you want and be happy." Daisy explained. Alyson started tearing up. "I know that, sort of.... But, I don't even remember my mom. My dad said she was dead when she gave birth to me. When I was 8 my dad just.... Disappeared. I have lived on my own ever since. The only foster home around here is in Boston. I didn't want to leave so I didn't let anyone know I was on my own. So I told everyone my dad will start homeschooling me and I almost always stayed home and barricaded from the world. When I needed something.... I stole it. I'm not proud of it, but I had to. Then Elisabeth found out. She didn't punish me, but instead she took me in because she felt bad for me. That was when I was 11. I wasn't on my own anymore and the mayor was happy. She was getting kind of lonely and was thinking about adopting. I kind of think of her as my mom now. I still live at her mansion, so both of us aren't lonely. I made my restraunt and hired a few people to work there. I always wanted my own restraunt, and how I have it. Things are looking up." Alyson explained. "See, you opened up. But if everything in your life is good now, then why are you sad?" Daisy asked. "Because Elizabeth and I were going threw some old stuff in the storage room. I found some stuff, of my parents and.... And a note. The note was from my dad and it said that he doesn't care about me and wants to leave me. So when I got home from school one day, he did." Alyson explained as she cried. "Didn't you say that you guys were close when you were younger?" Daisy asked. "Yeah, that's why the note was so weird to me." Alyson replied. "Yeah. Let's go to your house and talk." Daisy suggested and Alyson nodded. "Okay." Alyson agreed and they left.
