Chapter 24: Locked Box!

Real World!
     Daisy was asleep when Hanna woke her up. Daisy rubbed her eyes and saw Hanna. She sighed and sat up. "What is it now?" Daisy asked. "We need to find out how to break this curse." Hanna stated. "So?" Daisy asked. "So.... I have a lead. You need to come with me." Hanna stated and Daisy sighed. "Fine." Daisy agreed. Daisy got up and grabbed her coat, and they left.

Flashback!
      Howleen was at a werewolf college. She has Romulus for her 7th period, so she gets distracted. She was trying to concentrate, but found it difficult. The teacher went around handing out their test they took last week. She handed Howleen her test and she sighed when she saw it was an F. The bell rang and everyone got there stuff together and started to leave.
      Romulus caught up with Howleen and smiled. "Bad grade?" Romulus asked. "Huh?" Howleen asked, trying to hide her embarrassment. "I noticed your reaction when Mrs. Furry handed you your test back." Romulus replied. "You.... You noticed me?" Howleen asked. She thought Rumulus never noticed her, and only thought of her as Clawd and Clawdeen's annoying younger sister. "Of course." Rumulus replied and Howleen's heart fluttered as she smiled. "Do you need help?" Romulus asked. "What?" Howleen asked. "With the class." Romulus replied. "Oh." Howleen stated. "I could tutor you." Romulus suggested and Howleen smiled. "That would be nice." Howleen agreed and Romulus smiled. "Okay. See you tomorrow at eight." Romulus stated and then he walked off as Howleen watched.

Real World!
      Hanna and Daisy went to Mr. Gold's shop. "Not this again, last time we did this you got arrested." Daisy stated. "I know, but it'll be fine." Hanna stated and she was able to pick the lock. They both walked in. "Stay here. I'll go in back." Hanna stated and she walked in the back as Daisy sighed. Daisy looked out the door and saw Mr. Gold coming so she locked the door. "He's coming!" Daisy exclaimed and she hid behind the counter. Hanna walked out the back door so he won't see her.
   Mr. Gold unlocked the door and walked in. He looked around with arch eyebrows. He went to the counter and looked but didn't see anyone. He walked in back and saw the back door unlocked. He locked it and walked back in front. He walked out the door and locked it.

Flashback!
   Romulus knocked on Howleen's door and she opened it with a smile. Romulus was amazed by how she looked. "You look.... Amazing!" Romulus exclaimed with a smile and Howleen smiled too. "Thanks." Howleen stated. "Anytime." Romulus stated. There was a moment of silence. "Should we go?" Romulus asked and Howleen nodded. "Yes." Howleen replied. They walked out and to the library where they began to study. This is Romulus's last year of college and Howleen's second year. Their three years apart. But love is love. Howleen has loved Romulus for a long time now, but Romulus is started to gain feelings for her too. They don't know what to do.

Real World!
   Daisy stood up and Hanna tried to open the back door, but it was locked. She realised she left her bobbi pin inside and sighed. She knocked on the door and Daisy walked back there. She saw that Hanna was locked out and she unlocked the door. Hanna walked in and grabbed her bobbi pin. She put her bobbi pin in her picked and began searching. "What are we looking for?" Daisy asked. "A smallish box." Hanna replied. "Really?" Daisy asked. "Yes." Hanna replied and Daisy sighed.
  Hanna looked under the dresser and found what she was looking for. She pulled it and stood up. She brushed off the dust and put it ontop of the dresser. She got out her bobbi pin and started unlocking it. It unlocked and she put her bobbi pin back in her pocket. "What's in there?" Daisy asked. "I'm not sure yet." Hanna replied. "You're not sure? You always know what we're looking for." Daisy stated. "I hope something in this box will help to stop the curse." Hanna stated. Hanna opened the box and her eyes widened and she gasped when she saw a small vile with blue liquid. "What is it?" Daisy asked. "A potion, it looks like." Hanna replied as she picked it up. "Are we going to replace it like we did with the magic bean?" Daisy asked. "Mr. Gold has a lot of potions, but this one is special. We'll use one of his other potions as a substitute." Hanna explained. Hanna opened the first draw and grabbed another blue potion. The potion she held was a light sparkly blue, it's different then the others. She handed Daisy the sparkly blue potion and shut the box. She locked it and bent down to put it under the dresser. "Let's go out back." Hanna stated and they did. Hanna locked it after they walked out and then they had left.
     Daisy and Hanna were talking. "What does this potion do?" Daisy asked. "I think it might break the curse." Hanna replied. "Really?" Daisy asked. "Yes, wait.... No.... It's all so simple now. He's trying to trick us, he knew we would break in and find it. I don't know what it does, but true love's kiss will break the curse." Hanna explained. "Then what does this do?" Daisy asked as she examined it. "I don't know, but I'll keep it with me to keep it safe." Hanna replied. Hanna took the potion and left to her room with a sigh.
     Mr. Gold walked into his shop, after they left. He smiled wickedly. Hanna has a book on her room that shows what all of the potions do, and Mr. Gold has one too, but his is different. Mr. Gold knew Hanna would take the potion and replace it with one of his. In his book he switched the blue and sparkly one with the dark blue one so they think that the blue and sparkly one is poison when it's really the dark blue one. The blue and sparkly one is really water powers. He grabbed the book and snuck in threw Hanna's window. He replaced the books and took her book. He heard footsteps so he left out the window and back to his shop.
