Slightly inspired by the song. Slightly.
It's been three years since that day.
"Be careful, sis."
You haven't seen each other since.
"I'll never forget you, YN."
He probably forgot you.
You've done well. Found a nice cave in the deep forest, well fed, won every fight you've been in. Most were against other naga. Once or twice you ate a human. Once fought a dragon named Mike, then called a truce when you were both too tired to fight.
You've never harmed anything that didn't throw the first strike, though. You've encountered humans, fae and other peaceful creatures that happened to pass by. You've scented a satyr, though. Young, about twenty, almost full grown. Never seen him, though.
As you lay on a large rock with moss and leaves on it during dusk, you scented the satyr again. Closer this time. Also blood. Having eaten recently, you weren't hungry. Curiously, you sat up and looked around. You could hear hoof steps.
"H-hello? Anyone here? I'm just a harmed, peaceful and pitiful satyr! I won't hurt you, can't even! Please, help!" he whimpered. You slithered closer, hugging the wall. He had blond hair that partially covered his big, green eyes. He was badly injured. A long, deep gash in his side, blood running down his face, multiple cuts on his furry legs.
He fell, clutching his side. "P-please... Anybody... Help... I don't want to die..." he pleaded. You left the shadows. "Hello, young one," you greeted. He looked up, eyes widening. "P-please don't eat me, Miss N-naga. I-I'll leave as s-soon as I can!" You put a finger to his lips, and he flinched. "I won't hurt you. I'll help, young satyr. Give me a moment," you told him. He nodded, relaxing.
You made your way to your stash of moss, herbs, and other healing stuff. Picking some moss, cobwebs, dock, dandelion, and goldenrod, you then went back to the satyr. You learned a lot about herbs from your mother when she was alive.
"Lay down," you ordered. He complied, wincing a bit. You began to clean up around the wounds with moss. "What is your name? I'm YN," you said. "J-jeremy." "How did you get these wounds?" "I got in a fight with a naga." "What did this naga look like?" "Purple scales, black hair, glowing white eyes." You stopped for a moment. "I-I know him... He's my older brother, Vincent. I left him a few years ago," you told him.
"Chew this," you ordered, handing Jeremy the dandelion leaves. "It'll help stop the pain. Don't swallow the leaves, just the juice. The leaves are poisonous." Jeremy stuffed the leaves in his mouth, wincing at the foul flavor.
You began chewing the goldenrod. Goldenrod helps heal wounds. Spitting it back out, you placed some on cobwebs. "This may sting a bit," you warned before putting it over the wound in his side. Jeremy spit the dandelion out. "Blegh. That stuff's gross," he complained.
Done with his side and legs, you gestured for him to sit up. You moved the hair out his face. There was a scratch just under his hairline. You sighed in relief as you let his hair go. "I need to go get some water. I'll be back soon," you said, slithering out of the cave.
~Jeremy's POV~
Miss YN is really nice, especially for a naga. It's difficult to believe that the one who hurt me was her brother.
I was just innocently passing by his cave yesterday. Suddenly, there was a flash of purple and a gash in my side. I cried out. I looked up, and there was a big, scary naga with long purple hair and eyes that seemed to glow white. I galloped away, him chasing me. He chased me through some thorns, scratching at me, mostly my legs. As soon as I got out of the thorns, I tripped over a vine and hit my head. After getting up and running for another hour or more, I found myself at a large lake. I took a drink from it. Looking around, I noticed I was in a thick forest. Whimpering at the pain in my side, I limped north. I saw a cave, and here I am now.
Mike had some business to take care of with his dragon friends. He didn't want me there because I might get hurt. I got hurt anyways...
~Your POV~
You got back with a wooden bowl of berries and another full of water. Looking towards Jeremy, you noticed he was asleep. Smiling softly, you sat the bowls down, carried him to your bed, placed the dock leaves near his wounds, then lay with him, falling asleep.
~Morning, Jeremy's POV~
Yawning, I woke up. I was comfortably warm...
Looking behind me, Miss YN was hugging my against her. It wouldn't be so awkward if she were wearing clothes... At least her nipples are protected by scales. Still.
I attempted to wiggle out of her grasp, but to no avail. Her grip was like iron. She seemed to purr, nuzzling her face in my fluffy hair. Her heartbeat was comforting...
I sighed, then decided to rest until she awoke.
~You POV~
You awoke silently. Opening your eyes, you saw blond hair. Remembering last night, you spoke. "Jeremy. Are you awake?"
Shifting, the young satyr replied. "Y-yes, Miss YN."
Chuckling, you let him go, then sat up. "Alright, young one. I need to clean you up, then find myself some breakfast. I got you some berries last night," you told him. He nodded. "I like berries," he commented. You went over to the bowls, him following.
You washed the blood from his face, avoiding eye contact. Once you were done, you handed him the berries. "I'm going to get my own food. I'll be back by midmorning. DON'T go anywhere," you commanded. He nodded, already stuffing his mouth with berries.
