Super Girl stood with the rest of the team minus Super Boy, playing air hockey while avoiding looking at Robin. She didn't need a repeat of last time, not right now anyways. Super Girl was a little upset Superman had instructed her not to come with him unless it was a dire emergency, saying she needed to bond with the team. Meanwhile, disobeying his orders Super Boy had gone just before asking Super a Girl if Superman would get mad when he found out Super Boy had tagged along. Saying probably, Super Girl watched in surprise as the boy left anyways.

"Recognized, Super Boy b-0-5." Chimed the computer as the zeta beams revealed Super Boy stomping through.

Super Girl watched him with interest, curious to see whether or not his emotions would give her an idea of what had happened on the mission or if she would have to ask him.

"Hi, Super Boy!" M'gann greeted him warmly as he stormed through, walking right in the center of the holographic air hockey table. "How was Metropolis?"

When he didn't answer, Super Girl sighed. Even after warning him Superman would not be happy, Super Boy had gone and it was sort of his fault the man of steel was made at him. And yet, Super Girl felt a bit sorry for him. She had been accepted by Superman quickly due to the fact that they were cousins and yet she still sometimes felt the blunt of the stubborn mans unhappiness. And Super Boy had it far worse then her, Superman didn't like him very much at all. She almost flew out after him but someone cleared their throats.

There, walking into the room, was Black Canary herself. Super Girl nodded at her, recovering a nod of acknowledgment back. The two were beginning to get to know each other quite well and it would only get deeper from there on out. "Ready for training everyone?" Asked Black Canary.

"Black Canary!" Exclaimed M'gann in happy surprise as the rest of the team turned to face the heroine standing before them. "Uncle J'honn!" She ran over to her uncle and hugged him excitedly.

"M'gann," he said, "I was in the neighborhood so I thought I'd see how you were adjusting." Martian Man Hunter explained.

"A few bumps, but I'm learning." M'gann answered.

"That's all I ask." Said Man Hunter as Super Boy went to leave.

"Stick around." Black Canary called after him, "Class is in session."

The team approached the training pad. Super Girl was excited to really see how her powers measured up compared to the others- well, mainly Robin. She was already better then the rest, Robin was her only true competitor. But then she remembered, she had to avoid Robin, she didn't need to be collapsing on anymore floors.

"I consider it an honor to be your teacher." Said Black Canary, cracking her knuckles as she faced the team.  "I'll throw a lot at you.  Everything I've learned from my own mentors..." She began to take of her jacket, revealing her strapless black leap tard and winced, "And my own bruises."
