"I guess that answers the question." Super Girl mumbled to herself as the Young Justice team stood around with their mentors at Mt. Justice, facing their newest member, Artemis. Seeing the green set up of the new team mate who was Green Arrows new protege, Super Girl knew that Artemis was the one who had not only saved Kid Flash's life, but also un-intentionally stolen Roy's spot on the team.

Roy, also known as Speedy, and Super Girls best friend, had left the team, saying it was controlled by adults. He had become his own person, operating on his own agenda. Despite knowing Roy was never ever going to join the team, Super Girl had always kept a small sliver of hope deep down. But Roy was already saving people as Red Arrow, he had texted Super Girl all about the new alias he had created for himself and seeing as Roy was happy, Super Girl decided she was happy and would make an effort to welcome Artemis.

"Recognized, Kid Flash, b-0-3." The computer chimed, announcing the speedsters arrival and everyone turned towards the door.

In bounded Kid Flash in civvies, his swim suit on and he was carrying items he could've used at the beach party that had been held earlier.  He had sunscreen on his nose and among the things he was carrying were a surfboard and beach ball.  His look was completed by the towel around his neck. "The Wal-Man is here!" He said loudly, running forward, "Now let's get this party-" he tripped over the umbrella and looked up from the floor to see Batman and a lot of other people standing around, looking at him disdainfully. "-started." Wally finished weakly, his sun glasses hanging off the bridge of his nose.

Super Girl mentally face palmed, embarrassed for Wally and embarrassed that he had already managed to make their team look idiotic in front of the new and hard to impress girl. "Dang it, Wally." Super Girl said just loud enough for Robin, who was discreetly laughing, to hear. Despite this, a small smile flickered across her face. She couldn't really blame Wally, he was just being Wally and Super Girl had had plenty of experience with that.

However, Artemis certainly hadn't had much experience with Wally being Wally at all.  As a matter of fact, she had never met the speedster who was now lying on the floor. "Wal-man, huh?" Artemis asked cockily, an arrogant smile on her lips and a hand on her hips. "Love the uniform, now tell me, what exactly are your powers?"

Wow, ok. Super Girl thought, a minute ago she and Artemis had been chatting it up comfortably and quickly becoming friends and now the archer was roasting Wally?

"Uh..." Wally trailed off, standing up and walking over to join the group. "Who is this?"

Super Girl, who could already tell Artemis was a lot like a female Roy, knew that she wouldn't have to answer.
