Author POV
"Ya! Where have you been?! And why on earth do you smell like alcohol?!" Jeanette Said loudly as Jr slammed the apartment door shut. Yes they are living together but no they're not married.
"Hai baby... I just need to sleep," Jr said and walked with the support of walls around him.
"KIM JONG HYUN! Answer me! Where have you been?!" She asked and slapped Jr's cheek to snap him out.
"It's none of your business!!" He replied angrily.
"None of my business?! NONE of MY business?!" She repeated emphasizing the word 'none' and 'my' to him.
"Jong Hyun I'm your girlfriend for goodness sake! I have the right to know why you've been, coming home this late and in a drunk condition!" She fired back.
"It's none of your business!" He said sternly before slamming his room door closed.
"None of my business huh? Where's the Kim Jong Hyun I fell in love with? Where is the gentle with woman Kim Jong Hyun? Most importantly... Where's MY Kim Jong Hyun?" She muttered and without her knowing tears rolled down her cheeks.
"I will find out Kim Jong Hyun. It's just the matter of time," she muttered again before walking back to her own room.
"Good morning jagiya," Jr greeted and wrapped his arms around Jeanette who is staring out the huge window just feeling the fresh air.
"Aish, get away from me," she said as she walked away.
"J-jagiya! Wait!!" Jr shouted before catching Jeanette.
"What's wrong with you?" He asked confusedly.
"No. The question is... What's wrong with YOU?!" She emphasized the word 'you' for him.
"Nothing. What's with you?" He asked.
"Nothing huh? You think I'm stupid?! Well I'm not! Just let go of me!" She said and struggled to get away from his grip.
"No," he said sternly and placed his lips on hers. However she refused to and just keep struggling.
"Stop!" She shouted finally. Jr loosened his grip on hers and she ran to her room. She's already too familiar with the path to be able to run to her room with her eyes closed and years streaming down her cheeks.
She stayed in her room for the whole day with Jr knocking on the door. Finally the knocking stopped an she glanced at the small table clock. 9pm. Then she heard the door closed. "He's going now... I have to find out. Aish... I have to get ready quick if I want to catch up to him," she said to herself and jumped off her bed, dressing as quickly as she could. She sprinted out of her room and slammed the front door after getting her keys. She kept quiet and looked left and right before deciding her way.
'A pub?' She thought to herself as Jr walked in confidently showing his pass to the security guards. She looked at herself and cringed. She looked back and figured out that her apartment is not that far from the pub. And so she decided to run back to the apartment and make herself look more presentable for the pub rather than wearing jeans and an oversized sweater which is Jr's. "Ah what is he doing in a pub?!" She muttered as she ran back as fast as she could. Being the strong runner she is, a 10 minutes run was not that much to her. She quickly rummaged through her wardrobe and found the perfect dress for the pub. She put it on and applied make up on her face before tying her hair up in a high ponytail. She looked at herself in the mirror and smirked. She looked good enough, in fact... She looked perfect. She put on her high heels before walking towards the pub in the freezing winter air.
