Author POV
Kianna sat there on the couch, hugging her knees. She turned on the tv and listened to it.
"Singer Minseok, also known as Xiumin, has been spotted with a blind woman walking along the streets of Seoul. Netizens said that the woman is his girlfriend since Xiumin appeared to be very protective over her. Now let's hear the truth behind this rumor," the news lady said and she let out a long sigh.
"Ahah! Jinjja? That wasn't my girlfriend. She was just a random lady I met on the streets. I felt bad since she's blind and I may seem protective over her because if anything happens to her the problem may be taken to a whole another level. But really she's no body," Xiumin explained swiftly. It hurt her heart to hear him say those words. It's like knives going through her heart. She switched the tv off, not wanting to hear anything further. 'It's gone too far now...' She thought.
She heard the keys rattle and she knew right at that moment Xiumin was home. She stood up and walked towards the door, feeling her way there.
"Xiumin oppa, we need to talk..." She said softly.
"Aish, don't talk now. I'm tired. Can't you see what time it is?! Oh that's right! You're BLIND! You can't see!!" Xiumin said and pushed her aside. Xiumin is certainly not feeling all that good. He was tired and annoyed. All he wants to do is sleep and rest.
"Oppa, I don't know you anymore..." She held back her tears.
"What?! You never knew me anyways!" He shouted at her.
"Okay then. Okay. I see how it is. We're done! DONE! Nothing between us!" She shouted at him and opened the door, running out. She was all to familiar with the path to find her way out of the apartment.
"Baby... Babe..." Xiumin muttered and stood there frozen.
'She's extra sensitive today. I wonder what's wrong with her... I think she heard the news. And some more I hurt her by mentioning that she's blind... So stupid Xiumin!!!' He thought to himself and facepalmed before running out to catch up with Kianna.
"Kianna!!! Come back! I'm sorry!!!" Xiumin shouted as he walked on the streets. The sky let out a loud roar. Looks like the sky isn't too happy either tonight, suits their mood.
"Kianna!!!!" Xiumin shouted. Kianna stood there frozen, not knowing where to go. Up until here, she needs something to help her feel the ground. Then she heard Xiumin shouting her name. She sighed in relief, knowing that Xiumin is actually following her. She wanted to turn back and run into his arms but she also wants to keep her personality strong. As a result, she just stood there. Not knowing what to do. Then she slowly starts walking further and further more.
"Kianna!" Xiumin shouted and sprinted through the light drizzle as soon as he saw a figure of a woman on the other side of the road.
"Kianna!! Stop!! Stop!!!" Xiumin shouted his lungs out. But Kianna kept on walking and Xiumin was sprinting towards her. Then a bright source of light shone. It was so bright, that one must be blind to not notice it. And yet, Kianna is blind... She couldn't see that the truck is racing towards her.
"Kianna run!!!" Xiumin shouted and Kianna did the opposite. She stood on the middle of the road.
"So now you're getting rid of me huh? You want me to run away from your perfect life?! Can't you see
Xiumin, I love you!" Kianna shouted with tears mixing in with rain.
"Trust me and run Kianna!!!" Xiumin shouted, still panting. The truck honked and Kianna got the sign. She sprinted as fast as she could, but then tripped on a rock and hit her head on the edge of the road.
"Kianna!!!!" Xiumin shouted hysterically before calling an ambulance.
"How is she doctor?" Xiumin asked the doctor as soon as he go out of the emergency room.
"Kianna, lost a lot of blood... I don't think she can survive. She has did something to one of her nervous system when she hit the edge of the road.
"Can't I donate my blood to her?" He asked.
"Ani, the blood is not the same... What about her parents?"
"Her parents abandoned her..."
"Alright. Unfortunately we have nothing we can do to her. I'm very sorry..."
"C-can I come in?" Xiumin stuttered.
"Of course..." The doctor said and left him.
Xiumin shivered as he held Kianna's hand. It was all his fault. If he hadent acted that way, she would've been sleeping in her room, safe and sound. If only he had listened to her. If only... If only... If only he had done the right thing. She wouldn't be here right here.
"Kianna, saranghae... Never leave me. I love you. I didn't mean anything I said okay. I didn't mean it. I love you. I love you so much..." Xiumin said and kissed her hand and each of her fingers.
"Don't leave me..." He muttered and kissed her forehead.
"I love you, so don't leave me..." He said again and moved to her cold and stiff lips. Kianna's hand tightened for a second and Xiumin pulled out of the kiss. A glint of hope lighted in him. A smile beamed on his face by only to be replaced by a frown when her hands started loosening and the heart monitor stared beeping. That was it. She ended her life not with a happy ending. Xiumin cried and cried as the doctors tried to resurrect her from the death, however it didn't work. Xiumin blamed himself for loosing his temper so easily, for not being careful enough to her girlfriend and soon to be fiancée. They ended their love life with one last fight... That's a saddest ending a love story could possibly have.
