*five years later*

Cas still worked at the highschool as a math teacher. Rose and Royal went to the kindergarten across the street. It was their first day and Cas was very nervous. He was currently going over to pick them up.

"Daddy, Daddy!" Cries Rose as she sees him walk up. Her face is streaked with tears and her midnight black hair flies behind her as she runs to him. Royal runs behind her.

"What is it, Sweetheart?" He asks, picking her up and setting her on his hip.

She wipes tears off her face. "A kid in my cwass made fun of me and Woyal b'cause we don't have a mommy." She cradles her small head in the crook of Cas's neck as he pats her back.

"Well, you know what?" He asks, causing her to look at him.

"What?" She sniffs.

Cas smiles. "Do any of the kids in your class have two daddies?" Rose shakes her head. "Exactly. That makes you and Royal special." She grins at Cas and wraps her tiny arms around his neck.

"Don't worry, daddy," says a grinning Royal. "On the playground, I hit him in the eye for making Rose cry." He nods proudly.

Cas wanted to argue, but quite frankly the kid deserved a good slug in the eye. "Good job, son," he says and Royal grins even bigger. "Come on, let's go home. Other Daddy has dinner ready."

Cas picks them up and put them both in their car seats. He quickly gets in the driver side, puts on his seatbelt, and starts his car.

"So how was your day at school?" He asks the two, looking at them through the rearview mirror.

Rose speaks up first. "It was gweat! Mrs. Bwadbury is so nice and she brought Mrs. Harvelle and Genevieve."

Cas chuckled. Jo and Charlie had gotten married and had adopted a little girl from Africa. "That's right. Mrs. Bradbury and Mrs. Harvelle were at your daddies' wedding, remember?"

Rose frowns and shakes her head, causing her black curls to bounce up and down. "I don't wemember Mrs. Bwadbury and Mrs. Harvelle."

"Well, you were very young then," Cas explains. "Two, I think?"

Cas pulls into the driveway and takes the twins inside.

"Daddy, we're hoooome!" He calls to Dean who's in his room, filming.

It takes a moment for Dean to pause the camera and get out of the bedroom that the two share.

"Hey, Cas!" Dean said with a smile and picked up Rose who was tugging at his leg. "How's my little princess doing?"

Rose giggled. "Good."

Dean lifts her onto his shoulders and she squeals and grabs onto his neck. He takes her into the kitchen where presumably, he has dinner.

Cas swings Royal up onto his hip and follows Dean.

"Did you make any friends?" Cas asked, setting him down and getting him a plate.

Royal nodded vigorously. "Mmhmm. His name's Carter. He said his mommy watches Dad's videos."

Dean smirked. "Does she, now?"

Royal nodded again. "He said she talks about you all the time. When can we watch one of your videos, Dad?"

Dean choked on his cup of soda. When he was done coughing, he managed to get out, "What? Not until you're older!"

"But, Daaaaaaad," Rose whined, picking up where Royal left off. "I never watched Daddy's video before," she pouted.

Dean rustled her hair and smiled. "When you're older, sweetheart. Okay?"

She grins. "Mmkay!"
