Hugo Weasley met the woman who would become his wife while indulging his grandfather's love for muggle things. She worked in a toy store they visited and was the only muggle they met that day who didn't treat Arthur Weasley as though he was strange or odd in any way. While everyone in the Weasley family liked her, Arthur liked her the most (after Hugo, of course). After all, there was no more perfect addition to the family than the person who was finally able to explain to him the function of a rubber duck.
