Sometimes it really makes me cringe when I read poorly written twd fanfic so I've decided to help you guys out.

This is one of many "how not to" books so just...
Daryl puts his hand in his pocket and pulls out a condom "It's okay Daryl, I can't get pregnant!" I exclaim. "Alright then let's fuck" ~2 months later~ "God fucking damnit Daryl! Your magic sperm got me pregnant!! We can't have a child!1!1!!1"
Someone snap my thumbs off and make me eat them.
Does Daryl, or whoever your OC hooks up with, somehow have the power to make someone who can't have kids get pregnant???

I understand the want to make your OC infertile to create tension.
I ALSO understand the want to have babies, buuuuuut... you can't have both.

Also, if your OC does happen to get pregnant, at least give the readers some description (i.e nausea, sore boobs, hormones, swollen ankles, etc.). Don't just skip 8 months ahead to them giving birth. What's the point of that?
I'm actually guilty of doing exactly that just so I didn't have to describe pregnancy to my readers. Granted, it wasn't my character who got pregnant, but I could've done a better job of writing
So believe me, I know how tempting it can be to skip through a pregnancy (especially if you've never been pregnant, like me, it can be hard to write), but please don't. It's no fun that way
