nothing pisses me off more than reading the word "zombie" in a walking dead fanfic.
they never EVER say that word EVER on the show and they haven't said it in a while in the comics.
I cringe so hard whenever someone writes a twd fanfic where the characters are being chased by "zombies" or they're in the "zombie" apocalypse.

use more creative words
they've even used about a dozen on the show for you to choose from
