Run Away Part 3

Clarissa

The first sign that told me this was going to be the WORST day of my life, was that I woke up, on time. That never happens, unless I feel danger is near. The second, was that I found Wendy crying under her bed. Now this could mean one or two things. One; she had a nightmare that involved my death, or she felt danger as well. The third, and final, was the loud banging coming from the outside of our motel door.

"Go hide in the bathroom, and take our stuff in there as well." I whispered, "When I give the signal, you go out the window, and wait in the car. If I'm not there in thirty minutes, you go to Aaron's without me. Understand? She then nodded and did what she was told. After that, I walk towards the door very slowly, and came to a stop millimeters form the pep whole. I look through it and saw an elderly old lady, Who one the motel, and a tall man, covered in red.

"Clarissa , we need to talk." said Alucard. I freaked out and for some reason I hid under the bed, thinking that could mask my sent for a while. Then I realize that it was stupid as hell, and got up and headed for the bathroom, and shut the door, and lock it. Soon I heard the door being kick in, and immediately jump out the window, or almost did. just before my feet could leap into the air, someone grabbed my right feet, and dragged me out of the bathroom. I was then push into the bed and laid there for the attack, but it never came. I open my eyes to find Alucard just..... staring at me, and sitting in a chair near the table. I turn to find the door closed, like it was never broken. 

"I just want to talk, nothing more, then I have a request to ask from you. If you say no then I'll leave, and never speak to you, or try to find you ever again. Is that fair?" he asked. A part of me wanted to kill him right here, and now, but the part of me that still love him was overpowering. "Alright, but if you try anything like last time, you'll never see the light of day let alone see me again." I said with a bit of sass. He chuckled and replied with, "Fair enough".

Soon after, Wendy came back in and ran to the bed that I was on. She was crying, and complaining about the order that I gave her. "I will not leave my mother, I will not leave my mother!" she repeated. I only chuckled, and pet her head slowly and softly,and eventually, she falls asleep in my arms. "What is your request Alucard?" I asked. "Integra and I would still like to offer you a position in our organization. She really doesn't like to ask for help form anyone, even from me at times. We have an enemy on the rise, and with their new weapons, and allies, we need all the help we can get. You will live under the same roof as I, and so will your little friend if she wishes to, you'll have an outrageous, but average salary. Also all the weapons you could possibly imagine. So what do you say?" he smirked.

I was just about to decline the offer, but something stop me. I thought it over carefully. "Think about it." my thoughts replied, "You could gain their trust, gather their secrets, pin them against each other, then you do what you should have done all those years ago. Get revenge on Alucard, and kill him." I thought more about it, then smiled, then stuck out my hand, "Yes Alucard, I would gladly became the new member of Hellsing." He then shook my hand and welcomed me to the team.
