Alone (Glee fanfic)

Chapter One

I walked into the choir room extra happy today. Not only was I super excited to see Ryder in Glee club today but I also heard a rumor that this week we would be doing Katy Perry vs. Lady Gaga. Even though this clearly meant another week of costumes it was still totally worth it especially if it meant impressing Ryder. I slowly took my seat on the bottom row of chairs next to Artie and right in front of Ryder. I always liked to sit in front of Ryder so that way I couldn't stare at him. A few months ago in class he caught me staring and it was THE most embarrassing thing ever. Just as I was beginning to day dream Mr. Shue came in and wrote "Katy or Gaga" on the board. All at once everybody in the room said "yes" very excitedly.

"Okay everybody I want all the Katy's in a line and all the Gaga's in a line next to each other." Mr. Shue demanded.I am totally a Katy I said as I formed a Katy line. Just with my luck Ryder stood right next to me in the group on "Katy's" I smiled and thought to myself how perfect this is. And it was perfect I had yet another chance to spen a lot of time with Ryder. Just then I heard a knock on the choir room door and all of a sudden my life was ruined.

"Hi Mr. Hummel are you looking for Willow?" Mr. Shue asked.

" Yea she's in here right?' My dad questioned.

Mr. Shue simply pointed at my group of people that was right near the board.

" Hey Ow you left your lunch on the table. Sue said you would be in Glee club now" My dad said as he handed me a brown paper bag.

"Oh what are you doing in Glee this week?' he asked me

" ummmmmmmm were umm doing Katy Perry and Lady Gaga." I replied nervously knowing my dad would flip.

" Um yea no you're not" my dad started " Mr. Shue Katy Perry and Lady Gaga are horrible role models I don't want Emily participating this week in Glee club"

"What?! Daddy no that's not fair" I argued

"Mr. Hummel with all do respect Willow needs this week to prepare I promise I won't let anybody say anything. She needs this week. " Mr. Shue said calmly to my father.

' No! I'm not letting my beautiful daughter wear some tramp costumes and sing some songs by two freaks competing with each other. She can watch other numbers but I don't want her singing anything or wearing any costumes." my dad argued back.

" Ugh dad do you always have to do this to me?" I mumbled to myself as I watched my dad argue me out of class.

. . .

So my dad did it again! Once again I'm not allowed to sing or dance or do anything but watch. At least Mr.Shue is pretty chill about my dads freak outs. Seriously though he needs to stop, everyday I come to school wearing pants or a really long skirt or dress. I don't get why my dad is so against tank tops, shorts, and mini skirts. My dad obviously wishes Kurt acted like a boy because he wouldn't even let me join cheer leading. He made me join the football team. But luckily Coach Beist is pretty chill about me being there. I think she actually favors me. I thought all about my dad and what happened in Glee club today. Then as I was opening my locker Ryder came up to me.
