I was brought back unto my cabin seat without even touching the ground just to face my second namesake's son. His blond-white hair messy just like my brother's and his stunning blue eyes were pretty hard not to catch your attention but I soon enough went back to the matter; I would go wherever I want with them liking it or not.
"What's going on with you all today?" I asked, feeling my face getting hotter and hotter as I got angrier, "do I need to ask an authorization for you gentlemen, if I need to go the bathroom to put my Hogwarts clothes" my ironic tense was so obvious that I was afraid I would start laughing. "Well, it would make things much easier if you did actually say where you're going..." James said slightly shaking his head. "WHY ON EARTH DO YOU GUYS THINK I WANT ANY PROTECTION FROM YOU LAMES?" I shouted pointing to James and his friends, "Oh please Lilly, be reasonable! Isn't it obvious? You're Harry Potter's daughter in a school halfway filled with Deatheaters sons and daughters!" James said irritably but my answer went straight back to him; "so are you! You are also the first-born children from the 'world saver'! If you say I'm in danger you're too."I turned and crossed my arms being a stubborn that I am.
Suddenly something came to my mind that simply clicked all the past year's situation, "There's something going on isn't it?" I said turning back to face the boys. "Of course not Lilly, have you drink too many butter beers?" Albus said smiling which only confirmed my thoughts so I spoke: "When you're trying to keep a secret I've got to teach you guys two things: first of all don't let Albus speak, he's a terrible liar and second: never try keeping a secret from me, it's just a waist of time for me really,", I took a deep breath and organized a bit my thoughts to keep up with the phrase; "That's why you and Rosie and Alb and and...that's why Hugo ins't coming this year!"I said looking at Louis who was trying to don't look at me but failed as I kept staring at his caramel eyes. "Yes Lee, something like that but we can't tell you now. We will, I promise but not now, right now actually, you've got to go to the bathroom and change yourself. Soon the lady with candies will be crossing the train and Vic said that that's when she, Teddy and Roxy are coming to say hello." I sighed and realized that they wouldn't say much in the cabin so I just nodded my head and headed towards the bathroom but I could still hear Scorpius's voice saying "if she doesn't come back in twenty minutes someone better go after her".
I was in my second chocolate frog when a blond and one bushy dark-brown shape covered my vision and held me into a bear hug. Victoire and Roxy had just entered the cabin and we were out of seats even though we had Drake and Lysander outside in both sides of the door ( which I tried not to but it looks like nobody listen's to me here). "Oh Merlin! You have no idea how much I've missed you Vic!"I said smiling so brightly that I was afraid my teeth would pop out of my mouth. " "Me too Lu!" (yes, she call's me 'Lu' from my middle name Luna, apparently I've got a different nickname for each cousin) "But it looks like you and Roxy don't have any time for me anymore..." I said pretending to wipe out my fake tears, they both laughed and I jump out of my seat into Roxanne's lap "Lil's you've grown a lot! But don't even start thinking that I ain't going to keep an eye on you!"I laughed when a masculine voice broke apart the laughter "Well, I'll keep my both eyes on her..." My happiness couldn't be expressed in words as I saw my blue-haired bigger brother, Teddy, enter in the cabin. Since there was no free seats Vic sat on his lap but I had the feeling that he would do that even if the seats were all empty... I looked at his black eyes and he winked back at me, there's definitely something between those two and I'll certainly find out later but right now, the only thing I actually wanted to do it randomly talk to my dear cousins.
Just as the proverb says, every good thing last so little because it looks like the time stops but too soon I could see the beautiful shapes of the great Hogwarts castle. The train stopped in Hogsmead just as I read in so many books and we were leaded through a trail between bushes and small trees until we reached a big black lake that looked like a ginormous mirror that reflected the castle. There, many boats were waiting for us and with a maximum of three per each (as my really tall godfather, Hagrid told us) he arrived at the other side of it, right below tha stairs that lad to the big front doors. There stood my aunt Mione biggest fans and also the headmaster of the school, wearing a dark red dress covered with a cloak of the same color and a pointy hat. She looked through her small circular glasses the crowd of kids and said "Come on kids, follow me" and turned heading straight into my newest home.
Three times bigger then our house in Godric's Hollow, the great hall was just like in the books, the sky-spell in the ceiling showed the weather outside with beautiful stars shinning in a dark blue color above our heads. Millions of candles flew everywhere and siting in super large wood benches in both sides of the four tables, students wearing their Hogwarts clothes with their houses colors looked at the two lines of eleven-years-old kids following McGonnagal. Only a couple of minutes before my name was called I started to think about the sorting, I mean, I'm obviously a Gryffindor, just like James. It would be a shame to say to my big brother that I'll be wearing black and yellow for the next six years of my life. I'm just definitely not a Hufflepuff like Teddy, or a Ravenclaw like Vic and Albus and I'm also NOT an idiot Slytherin like all Slytherins and super annoying Scorpius Malfoy. But I am like Roxy or like James...That's why we get along so well right?
"Lillian Potter" Minerva McGonnagal called so I stepped forward and sat on the three-legged stool and felt the hat being putted in my head but it didn't stop there, it kept falling down until my nose line so I couldn't see anything or anyone. Suddenly a calm but thick voice stumbled through my head "One more Lilian and...one more Potter! But you're also a...Weasley! Oh Merlin, what do we have here? Evans, Potter and Weasley genes in one person! God help me... Well, lets keep going with the sorting...Let me check this little head..." "I'm not little!"I thought but suddenly I remembered that it could listen to my thoughts so I immediately completed the phrase "I might be short but I assure you, I've got a big mind..."Then somehow the talking-hat managed to surprise me even more, he started laughing, so I asked: "What's so funny?" "Nothing dear, is just that you're very stubborn aren't you? And certainly you have got brains... but in a different Ravenclawlish way, you are more clever and strategic than a classic know it all. You are brave, but you also aim to achieve high and this make's you darling a... SLYTHERIN"
Someone took the hat out of my head and I stood there, at the same position with a dropped jaw in complete surprise until a dark browned-hair shape stood right in front of me. I took a few minutes for me to recognize the man but when I did I said with a very weak voice "Hello Mr. Longbottom" and looking to the ground I headed towards the dark green and silver colored table. Through the corner of my eyes I saw McGonnagal that looked at a giant parchment like something was wrong. I guess she didn't expect one more Slytherin, mainly this being me.
