Logan's P. O. V.

I was running away from Lucas, James and Dave who were on the vamps (blue) team attacking me but I had them on the floor after getting stabbed in the shoulder. I knew I couldn't hold them down for long which is why I bolted the second I had a chance. We found the vamp (blue) team when a group went scouting for it. Although they all went down being outnumbered. I looked up ahead seeing three blue shirted guys walking my way goofing off as I hid behind a tree until they passed. All of these idiots got in groups as I went off by my self sure enough to find it as difficult with taking Rose back. I continued jogging in the direction the group came from having my mind wonder off to her face. She seemed unbelievably innocent as if being sheltered from the world her whole life but her eyes had a different story.

It had a fire that expressed pain but her body only reflected fear. Almost like trying to cover the fact that she was in anguish. I wanted to look away but it just pulled me more to the truth of how much I no longer wanted that pain to be there. I found the territory of our enemy with a broken down home on the other side of the lake that had ten blue shirted people guarding it. But why in the hell would they make it so obvious only leaving ten. It was too suspicious. I looked over a bit more to see a small tower like building in the lake with Kris on top of it. What the hell is she doing far out there? I walked a bit closer realizing that Rose must be near by knowing Kris wouldn't just do nothing the whole time unless it was important. I pushed past some bushes trying to be as quiet as possible until I saw the view of the girl. She was looking at me with damp hair, a red nose surrounded with cheeks to match. The sun was starting to set and she was shacking. I could hear how loud her chattering teeth were which had me instantly know how cold she must feel. I slipped down to the water not feeling a thing trying to swim closer to her.

"What the hell is going on" Kris walked back around to Rose as I dunked my head under water. Kris's voice was muffled with me calming myself to obtain oxygen for a while longer. Rose started talking as I swam under water to the tower.

"It sounds like someone is here " Rose said shuffling.

"I think they are on the other side" she sounded frighten but Kris just sighed acting like her bitchy self.

"I swear you are acting like such a little baby" Kris walked off signaling for me to climb up onto the tower. Rose gasped seeing me appear before her but my foot slipped on the moss almost falling in if it weren't for her grabbing my hand. She pulled hardly which did nothing but I hauled my self up laying down on the ground.

"Are y-" I stopped her voice by covering her mouth knowing Kris is a rank 5 of the Air army with high class hearing. Lucky for me I'm rank 2, jack ass Jake got slot one only because I helped him out. Footsteps were drawing near but I pulled Rose by the waist into the water making a huge splash and she gasped loudly shaking while gripping onto my torso.
