Chapter 18: back to school

Well the weekend is over and I'm going to school.

"Babe?" I heard my boyfriend call me from downstairs

"Yes! almost ready!" I put on my earrings and was happy at my appearance, white tank top with a flowery skirt, black ballerinas and my hair into a side ponytail.

"Coming" I skipped down the hall and stairs

"You look lovely" max kissed me and I gladly wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed back

"Thanks" I winked with a cheeky smile

I grabbed a cookie that I took last night from Harry's.

"Ready?" max said

"Yes" I finished my cookie and got my school bag

He unlocked his car and I got in the passenger seat.

He drove the car, we first stopped to get a donut, they make the best donuts! in 'donniezzz' max saw a few of his friends and they started talking while I awkwardly stood at the side. He completely ignored me.. I got both of our donuts and I didn't want to disturb so I walked out and got in the car waiting for him. After 5 minutes I had already finished my donut, and took out my phone

I looked back inside 'donniezzz' and saw max locking his phone and smiling right at me. I smiled back and then saw a familiar figure walk on the way to school. I quickly recognised her and ran out of the car

"HANNAH!!" I shouted

She quickly turned around

"ASHLEY!" she immediately stopped the phone call she was on and ran towards me

We hugged, it seems like we haven't seen each other in 3 years! it was only a long weekend, but I was so busy, I haven't had the time to call her or give her the news, I mentally smirked

"Oh my god! it seems like haven't seen you in ages" she said smiling with her perfect teeth! so jealous

"I know right! we so need to talk!" I said and turned around when I heard my name being called

"Yes?" I looked at max who was waiting next to the car

"You coming?" he said

"Hum" I looked at Hannah who looked like she was lost, she's probably wondering why max Darcy is giving me a lift to school! "Sorry babe, but I think I'll walk" I said

"Ok, see you at school then" he winked and got in the car, soon the two guys that he was talking to in the donut place came out and got in the car cheering. I didn't realise that some girls got in to and one of them sat next to max, she whispered something in his ear and they laughed. no don't worry, max has you, she's probably just a friend right? I trust max.

"WHOA WHOA WHOA! WHAT?!! DID YOU JUST CALL MAX FREAKING DARCY BABE???!!!" she shrieked

I just giggled and started walking and she just stayed there, trying to put everything that just happened in that small head of hers

"Wait up!!" She ran after me

"Yes, I did" I answered her first question

"When did that happen?!"

"Over the weekend..."

I told her everything that happened the whole weekend leaving the fact about me and Harry almost kissing and the pizza girl.

What?!! why do I always almost kiss harry?! I really need to talk to him, I have a boyfriend now this can't keep happening

"Hello??" Hannah giggled

"Yes sorry?" I looked at her

"CONGRATS IM SO HAPPY!!" she hugged me so tight

"Can't ...... Breath.." I told her

"Oh sorry" she giggled again

"Well you probably already knew, but me and Ashton are going out!!" she said, I just laughed cause she told me like 3,000,000 times

"Oh my god! I have the greatest idea" she said with wide eyes

"What is it?" I questioned, her ideas aren't always the best

"A DOUBLE DATE!!!" She started doing this happy dance

"Yea that's great! I was thinking that the other day" I continued walking

"I love it! let me tell Ashton right now!" she quickly took her phone out and dialed Ashton's phone number

He immediately answered

"Hey babe?" "yes I'm fine you?" "huh-uh yea, yep , I love you too love" she started biting her thumb nail

"The double date" I mouthed to her

"Oh yes! honey? why don't we have a double date with max and ashley?!!" "yep they are" "bye babe I love you" she hung up

"Let me call max and it'll be official" I winked at her and dialed max' phone number

After 4 rings he answered

"Hello?" max said into the phone

"Hey max it's me ashley"

"Oh hey! everything fine?"

"Yea great-"

"Oh sorry go to go call you later bye" and then hung up. what?

"What did he say?" she said

"Um... it's official!"

Oh no why did I lie? maybe because Hannah and her romantic boyfriend are all lovey dovey and my boyfriend hangs up without a babe or love or all those cute names.. but that's max I need to get used to it. he did call me babe this morning though.

"There's Harry let's go" Hannah pointed at a waving Harry

"Hey guys" he said

"Hey, hi" Hannah and I both said
