Chapter 11: bright star

Ashley's POV

Hugh! Max keeps annoying me with his messages of how sorry he is. now I'm with Harry, Hannah left because her grandma was over.

"Haz, can I have the icecream" he gave it to me and I started eating some.

Harry was sitting on the couch and I was laying, my head on his lap looking at the tv.

*driing*

"Damn it max leave me alone!" I threw my phone at the wall and for a moment I thought the screen broke but thankfully didn't!

What if it he didn't want to kiss her? I saw Lauren kiss him but he didn't pull away. I mean he never asked me to be his girlfriend. I don't know what I am for him.. I'm the girl that is going to prom with him. if we still are.. this is giving me a headache! I hate him for not pushing her away, but maybe it was a dare to kiss her? or maybe. no! maybe he missed her, is he over her? well he asked me to go to prom! argh! that bitch! she did it on purpose! but max also did something wrong he didn't push...

"Ash?" Harry said and I looked up at him

"Sorry?" I said

"I was saying that if you want I can stay here tonight" he says

"Sure!" I got up

"We better do something it's only 6" I said picking up my phone from the floor.

"Lets go to the park next to your house" he gets up and straightens his t-shirt

"Yea let me get ready, I'll take a quick shower" I say and ran up the stairs

I quickly get in the shower.

Max, he could've pushed her away! okay I'm spending time with Harry and i cannot be depressed about earlier in the day, it be good walking out

I put my hair in a pony tail and put on a pink t-shirt with light blue jeans and a black scarf. I decide to put a little make up on, just a tiny bit of crayon and lip balm

I go back downstairs and see Harry waiting for me at the door

"Ready?" he asks

"Yep" I grab my bag put my phone in it and we walk out

I lock the door, the sun is still up.

"I'll go buy a drink wait for me here it won't take long" Harry walks in a small shop

A drunk guy smirks at me and starts coming towards me.

"Hello" he says. I can smell the alcohol if of him

"Hum.. hi" I say he puts his arm around me I try to push him off but he won't move

"What's your name beautiful" okay I'm frightened where the hell is harry?

"Erm.." I start

"Get off of her" Harry comes out of the shop

"Are you like superman?" the stranger finds this amusing

"I said get off of her" he says through gritted teeth

The drunk pulls my hair

"ow!!" i shout

he whispers in my ear something I can't understand

"Stop it" Harry shouts he outs the two cups of I think hot chocolate down

"What will you do?" he says

In a second the stranger is thrown to the floor and his lip is busted

I gasp at the view.

"Ash, c'mon lets go" my best friend takes my hand and we start walking fast

We finally arrive at the park

The sun is gone but the lights of the park are on. no it's closed! Harry starts to climb over the fence and helps me get over it. we walk a bit our hands still intertwined with a hot chocolate in the other that Harry bought at the shop

We decide to lay down on the grass and look up at the sky

"Look Harry! that star! it's beautiful!" I say and look at the bright star

"I'm gonna give that star a name, it's Ashley" he says. I look up to him to see him looking at me. He stares at my lips and I stare at his. We start coming closer our faces touch...

"Who goes there?" damn it! the guard

"Shit!" I hear Harry mutter

"We have to go" I whisper

"C'mon we'll have to run" he takes my hand and we run behind trees and bushes

This is so cool! as we get to the fence Harry helps me get up first and then he goes up himself.

When we both are on the other side of the gate, I take Harry's hand while we laugh and run to my house!
