Could you do one where he hides being sick?? Please and thank you

When you woke up this morning Liam was still asleep
You thought that was unusual but thought it was just the busy schedule catching up with him
He got to go in late anyway so you let him sleep
You tried to be as quiet as you could while getting ready for work, cringing when you dropped your hair dryer but it didn't wake Liam
You kissed his head and left, not realizing how warm he was

Liam felt like he was dying when he woke up, then he realized he was running late and quickly threw on a beanie and his hoody so he could hide the fact that he was sick
When he got to the studio the boys thought there was something up, but let it be, thinking that Liam would tell them if he really needed to stay home
He was trying to muffle his coughs in his arms but failed and was sent home to rest
"Please don't call her. She's working and doesn't need to be bothered" he pleaded when they threatened to call you
"Just please go home and rest Liam"
"Okay" he sighed in defeat

When you got home you were surprised to see Liam sotting on the couch with his tea and a blanket
"Hey babe" he greeted with a smile and a scratchy voice- you assumed from recording all day
"Well your home early"
"Yea just got finished early and wanted to come home and relax a bit. Had a bit of trouble sleeping last night" hearing this made you upset because you were a heavy sleeper
"I'm so sorry babe"
"It's not your fault. I'll just go to sleep a bit early tonight" he smiled.
What you didn't know was that he couldn't sleep because of coughing and the nightmares he always got when he was sick

When Liam started to get tired you patted your leg
"Lay down babe. I'll help you fall asleep" he laid down on your leg
As soon as you started running your fingers through his hair you could feel him get a little bit closer to sleep each time
After a few minutes of soothing Liam to sleep, he was passed out
You lifted his head off your leg and immediatly felt how hot he was
You went to sleep not not wanting to wake him, but planning on asking him tomorrow

When you woke up the next morning, Liam was coughing and crying, probably from one of the terrible nightmares
You sat up and rubbed his back until he calmed down a bit and buried his face into your shoulder
"Why didn't you tell me?" you asked softly
"I didn't want to worry you and I thought it was just a cough. I'm so sorry" he said quick and panicky
"Liam calm down. It's fine let's just get you to the doctors okay?" he nodded

You decided that you would go to the doctor outside if London in fear of Liam being seen
It was a 45 minute drive and you told Liam to sleep on the way there and he did
When you got there you gently shook Liam and got him inside.
After about an hour you discovered that Liam had strep throat
The doctor said he just needed plenty of rest and he needed to eat mostly soft foods as well as take some medicine unless he wanted to have his tonsils out

Liam was a lot better two days later thanks to your amazing care and was back to recording in no time
