***CIEL'S POV***

"Then tell me."

Ciel stared at the three moving dots, signaling that Alois was typing. They kept disappearing, then reappearing, like Alois couldn't figure out what to say. Ciel started panicking. He didn't even think about what or why Alois was telling him this. What if this was it for real? This was the last of Alois. This was the last of any shot with him.

Ciel felt a tear escape from him eye. Then another. And another. Soon enough, Ciel was bawling. He didn't even know why he was crying. He didn't know Alois. Alois didn't know him. He doesn't even know Alois' last name, or even the way he looks for fucks sake. This was stupid, but yet, as hard as Ciel tried, as much as he told himself "Stop crying." The tears never quit. He was so caught up in his feelings that he didn't even notice that Alois had replied 3 minutes ago.

He looked at the phone through cloudy eyes and it read. "Ciel, I don't know how to start this, so I'm just going to say it. The reason I don't want you to know the real me is because there are some...complications. It's not that I don't like you. I really do. It's just really hard to understand. I've never really had anybody, other than Luka, who really cared about me. Well, other than one person, but I'd rather not get into it. I also don't know where this is going, so I'm going to introduce myself. My name is Alois Trancy, formally Jim Macken. I was orphaned as a kid, and the only thing I had was my little brother, Luka Macken. We eventually got put into the system, and after a lot of tries, we finally found someone who would take care of us. A man. He was rich. Luka and I had the best life for a while. Unfortunately, perfect things don't last forever. I'm not going to go into detail, but I'm just going to say that he was sick. He did sick things to me. It really messed with my head a lot. It made me change the way I think, and see people. I hated him with every fiber of my being, but he gave my brother and I food and shelter. This sick pervert was the only reason we were alive, at this point. I couldn't tell anybody. We'd just be put back into the system. I needed to keep quiet. If not for me, then for my brother. Eventually, he died, and
I inherited it all. All of his money. His company. His house. Everything. It was all mine. I was only about 16 at the time. I sold everything that belonged to him, and I still own his company. Long story short, I've been taken advantage of because of what happened. Nobody really wants to get to know me. They just like what they see. They like the exterior, but nobody bothered to see the interior. That's why I wanted it all to be private. I didn't want you to know who I was, because there was a chance that you would turn out to be just like everyone else. I was kind of hoping that you would hate me, to be honest. Nobody's ever hated me since he died. Luka somehow got my phone, and started telling you things. I got so mad that I completely destroyed my phone. That's why I didn't talk to you. I was afraid everything would go to shit. I know that it doesn't excuse the way I treated you, but I'm sorry. I'm sorry that I lied. I'm sorry for everything. Please forgive me."

***ALOIS' POV***

Alois waited for a reply from Ciel. He had mixed feelings about what he just sent. In a way, he felt like the weight of the world was off his shoulders. But in another way, he felt like he was just re-opening wounds.

Suddenly, Ciel started typing. This is it. This is going to be the conclusion to everything.

He stared at the text that stood before his eyes. "Alois. I forgive you. I'm not saying that I really understand everything, but I'm sorry that it happened to you. I'm glad you're safe now, and I'm glad you told me the truth, but like you said, it doesn't change the fact that you basically disappeared on me."

Alois' eyes started getting watery. "I still really want to get to know you. The real you, so I'll give you two options. The first one is to stay out of my life from here on out, lose my number, lose all contact with me, and say goodbye now." Alois' breath hitched at the text on the screen. This is what he feared the most. He knew this would happen. "Or," Alois' breath hitched again, "you can agree to meet me. We have to meet, Alois. I have to know who you are. I'm
Not going to keep staying in contact with someone whose been lying to me, and I don't even know. I don't care what you look like. I won't judge you, or be biased towards you, or anything. The choice is yours.".

Alois dried his tears, and quickly typed out a response. "Meet me at the Coulsdon Common at 7pm tomorrow. You want to see me; you can. Don't be late." He pressed send and turned his phone off.
