This takes place after all the training and stuff with knowing Kimizuki's past. Let’s say this 3 weeks later. ✌

You and Yuu were following Shinoa for 10 minutes walking around the dark halls of this shady school. "Shinoa, how come this school has so many weird rooms and secret buildings?" You asked. "There's an apocalypse outside those walls and the human race almost got extinct, I think it won't be weird when the only school left on earth is not normal at all." Shinoa answered back being the smart ass she is. She went down a dark staircase leading to god knows where. Once there, you only saw a very old looking door.

"What's in there?" You asked. "There's a cursed gear inside." Shinoa practically whispered to you. "What's with you guys being so cautious? Let's go!" Yuu the idiot said in the most annoying way he could possibly do. You slapped his back and pushed him to the door. "Why don't you go first then you moron?" You said. You and Yuu kept arguing for like 5 minutes straight and Shinoa was just waiting for you to finish. He finally opened the door and went inside there was a cursed gear in the middle of the room. (A/n: I couldn't exactly remember this scene. Sorry if it's different.)

Yuu scoffed and walked straight to it. You and Shinoa just watch what happens. You thought it was just a cursed gear laying on the floor till you noticed under the pile of chains beaside it started moving. "Yuu!" "Yuu-san!" You and Shinoa screamed. A boy familiar to you held an axe in his hand looking like a zombie started limping towards Yuu. "What is wrong with him? Who is he?" You asked Shinoa. "The only one who can hold your cursed gear is you. When you own a cursed gear nobody else can touch it but you. If you touch a cursed gear that's not yours the demon will possess you. If you're strong enough you could get away from it, and that boy did not succeed in pushing the demon away. " Shinoa explained quickly. Yuu and Shinoa prepared their weapons. Yuu charged at the boy with his katana, not giving a single damage to the boy. The boy counters him and swung his axe almost cutting Yuu in half. Yuu kept stepping bavkwards and dodging his steps, grunting occasionally. He catches the boy off-guard and stabbed him. He quickly grabbed the axe and at that moment. He fainted.

You and Shinoa ran towards him. You went straight to Yuu while Shinoa went to tend for the boy. While panting, you shook him. "Yuu! You idiot! Wake up!" You slapped him and shook him around. You gave up on waking him up so you just sat beside him. You sighed and felt Shinoa sit beside you. "Say, how did you own a cursed gear?" Shinoa asked tilting her head. "I don't even know. My Dad just handed it to me. Didn't even explain the basics about it. He just taught me how to do tricks on it." You shrugged. "I see." "Wait a second, Shinoa.... You said that a demon will possess you if you held a cursed gear that is not yours. How come Me or My Dad did not get possessed?" You frowned and crossed your arms. Shinoa pondered about what you said. "You're right. How did that happen?" Shinoa flicked the axe Yuu was holding with her cursed gear to make it slide to the corner of the room. You rest your elbows on your thighs and put your chin on you palm. You heard Yuu groan beside and you looked at him. He was slowly sitting up so you helped him. "Yuu? Do you remember anything? Who are you? Where are we?" You started asking him while shaking his shoulders. "I... I remember.... I'm Yuichiro Hyakuya......school." He slurred. "He is not okay. Let's go." You carried Yuu on your back and head out of the room.
