Chapter 22 ~ The End...For Now

~ Chapter 22 ~

~ Bekka's POV ~

I carfully climbed the steps to Leo's room.

What could he possibly want?!

I slowly pushed open his door and walked inside.

"Hey." I said.

Leo jumped a little. "Oh, hi. Sorry, I didn't see you there."

"Mikey said you wanted to see me."

Leo blinked. "He did?...Raph!"

"What? What do you mean by 'Raph'?"

He sighed. "Raph is trying to get me back for what I did to him and Nick last month."

"I'm guessing it has to do with the candle light dinner picture on your T-Phone."

Leo blushed. "You saw that?"

I nodded my head. "Yeah, on Halloween. What did you do?"

Leo blushed even more. "I-I tried to set them up."

I smiled and rolled my eyes. "Seriously Leo? I've tried that and it DID NOT work. Take it from somebody who has experienced it."

He shrugged. "I wish you could have told me that sooner."

I laughed. "Yeah, I bet you wish!"

Akward silence hung in the air. I shifted from foot to foot. Why was this so akward?! I hate akwardness!!!

Suddenly Leo surged forward and kissed me on the cheek. It was a totally brotherly kiss but it still made me feel warm and fuzzy all the way to my toes.

"Uh, thanks?" I stuttered.

Leo blushed. "Sorry, I shouldn't have done that."

My eyes widened. "Oh, no! Thats okay. Its just that was so unexpected."

He looked down. "Oh, okay."

NOW it was totally akward!

~ Raph's POV ~

I sat down by Nick, again.

"Sup, Peachie." I said.

She looked glum. "Hey, Raph." She said with out any enthusasum.

I looked at her. "Where's my, 'Can it, Greenie'?"

She shrugged half-heartedly. "I dunno."

I sighed. "Are you still worried about your mom? If so, she'll be fine."

She frowned and looked at me. "How do you know, Raph?"

I shrugged. "I don't. I think it will be like when Bekka first came. Everyone didn't know what to think but she warmed up to us fast. It will probably be the same with your mom."

A smiled tugged on her lips. "Thanks. I really needed someone to tell me that."

"Welcome."

Bandit crawled up on my lap. "Well someone is up." I joked.

Nick nodded and stroked his shell. He snuggled up in her arms.

"Yesh, I think he likes you more than me!" I said.

She full on grinned. "Then he is mine!" And hugged him closer to her.

I frowned. "No way! You gave him to me!" So I tried and grabbed him.

Nick laughed and jumped out of the way so I face planted on the cushion where she was sitting.

I grinned. "Now I see that smile!"

She smiled and rolled her eyes. "Don't you mean laugh, Greenie?"

"Sure, whatever floats your boat."

She laughed again and sat back down. I took that as a opening and lunged for Bandit.

Nick saw what was coming and levated Bandit in the air. I tried and stop but I tripped and fell onto Nick. Our lips met each other again. Bandit slowly landed on my shell.

I pulled away and blushed. "Sorry, I tripped." I said stupidly.

She smiled and rolled her eyes again. "Do duh, now get off." She shoved me off.

I smiled a little. "Well now the tally for kisses is three."

Nick smirked. "And its one for Leo and Bekka."

I frowned. "How-?"

"Emotions. I can sense blushing and happiness."

I nodded. "Ohhh, okay."

I never am going to get use to how Nick can sense peoples emotions. It must bug her if she sees a play about drama...

Nick cleared her throat. "So, what do you think Leo wanted to tell her?"

I grinned. "I actually made Mikey say that. I wanted to give them some alone time."

Nick wacked my in the gut. "Dang it! I lost! You got them to kiss before I did!"

I put my hands behind my head. "I guess I'm the ultimate mutant ninja."

She scowled at me. "Yeah right! I'll believe that when Bandit flys!"

I smirked. "He was when we were kissing."

She rolled her eyes, grinning. "Only because I was levatating him!"

"Oh, suuuuure."

Suddenly her eye became a foggy white and she lurged forward like she had been kicked in the gut.

"Nick?!" I said, stumbling away from her.

She started mumbling random stuff.

I grabbed her shoulders and shook them. "Nick!!"

Donnie, and Mikey came to see what was going on.

"Another power surge!? I thought she was done with those!" Said Donnie.

"No," I said. "Something else is happening."

Then her eyes became chocolate brown and she gasped. "Oh shell!" She said.

I looked at her. "What?!" We all said at once.

"Someone, a ninja I think. T-th-they contacted me somehow." She said, shivering.

"What did they say?" Asked Mikey.

Nick looked straight at me. "I am coming."

Yep! That is how I am ending the book! And fir you guys who have been WAITING for forever, I finally got Leo to kiss Bekka! Eck! So romantic! But yeah, the next book will be up sometime next week. So until then,
