This is my first dedicated chapter.
Dedicated to all the readers who have been waitng.
RadhikaSethi3 It has been long time since I promised you the update. Sorry for being excessively late.
FayezaAman I guess I am updating it today because I told you I would. It wasn't easy for Krishna to shove away the feelings he had developed for Radhika since his eyes first met her appearance but her attitude had disappointed him severely.
"Radha, take this payas to Yashoda while you go out to fetch water. And do that before it's taste gets altered by being cooled." Kirti ordered her daughter.
"Maiyaa! I won't go there. That little boy, Krishna...with such a boastful nature! I don't want to see him and ruin my day." Radhika complained refusing the task given.
"Radhika, they are our guests and even before a couple of days have passed since their arrival you are complaining about that sweet little boy. What will they think of us."
"Nothing much. They would must be knowing what their son is."
"Mind your words next time you speak. And do what said instead of arguing to me."
"But Maa....."
"I have not asked for excuses." Maiyaa Kirti interrupted Radhika before she could complete her say.
Radhika nodded with reluctance and took the bowl away. After she reached Nanda's house her eyes at a reflex wandered in search of the figure she least wanted to see.
"Oh Radhika! What brought you here this early my child?" Yashoda came leaving her chores as soon as she heard the tinkling of anklets in her courtyard.
"Maiyaa asked me too carry this payas to you. Though I was going to fetch water at well I came here first." Radhika replied.
"It's a good thing that you came. Kaanha was nagging me since morning, asking permission to go out. I was worrying where he would wander at such an unknown place. But now when you are here he can go alongwith you. Let me call him." Yashoda said followed by giving a call to Krishna.
"Yes Maiyaa?" He came as soon as he heard his name.
"Go with Radhika. She will show you some of the village places."
Radhika was least interested in what Yashoda said but there was no way to refusing. Neither did Krishna refused his mother. Waving the flute in his hand he went out with Radhika.
I know there has been a long wait for the updates but life happens. I have got into college and my classes have made by schedules a bit more busy. I will be updating as soon as I get a plot extending idea and time. Let's hope this happens more often.
Do tell your views and suggestions:)xx
