I'm woke up at 10 by dad saying Brendon will pick me up at 10:30 so I get ready to go. (hehe cheeky song reference) Brendon got here at 10:20 while I'm still getting ready and I can hear them all talking.
"The guys still on for tour?" I hear Pete whisper.
"Yup we're pumped!" Brendon whispers back. Are they going on tour! And why are they keeping it a secret? I stop listening and open the door. They must hear me and stop talking.
"Hi Brendon!" I yell.
"Abby! Good to see you again! Ready to have fun?"
"Yup! I run down the stairs and give Brendon a hug. I guess I just love hugs. I never was given very many hugs from my parents so now that I can hug, I love doing it.
"Ok, have fun Abby! And be careful! I'm talking to you Urie! She's 11!" The guys wave and we leave.
"So Abby! How do you like your new family?"
"I love them! It's so much living with them and hanging out with them! And who thought the little girl with anxiety and cancer would ever be adopted by her idols!? I literally have the last name of one of the nicest people ever!" I say excitedly.
"Great! If they ever give you trouble, give me a call!" We pull up to his house. "So like Fall Out Boy, me and the Panic! guys all live together. I'll give you a tour."
We walk inside and there's a giant chandelier hanging in the entry way. Brendon guide me to the kitchen, the the dining room and living room. Outside we step on the deck and he shows me the pool. Then we go upstairs where his, Dallon's, Kenny's, and Spencer's rooms are. Then we go downstairs and he shows me their studio, bar, and game room.
We go out the walkout basement to the pool and we're standing there when I see him in the reflection of the glass move towards me with his arms out. I quickly move out of the way and he falls in the pool.
"Abby! How could you do that to me?" He asks faking hurt.
"Don't give me that! I saw you, you were about to push me in!" I say laughing.
"Ugh. Here help me out." He extends an arm and I reach for it.
"Ahh! Brendon!" He pulls me in the water starts laughing.
"Payback's a bitch." I splash water at him and he does the same thing. We hang out in the pool for a while until Kenny gets there and sees us in the pool. We get out and exchange a look then tackle him, getting him all wet.
"I knew you were gonna do that! I KNEW IT!" Kenny yells as we get off him laughing.
"Do you wanna change? You're kinda uh wet." Brendon says as we go inside.
"Yeah, do you have anything I can borrow?"
"Yup." He goes upstairs and gets me jeans and a sweatshirt. "These are the smallest jeans I had."
I thank him and go in the bathroom and change. The jeans were still long on me, since I'm the size of a fetus. Did I tell you that I'm shorter than dad? Yeah anyone shorter than Patrick is too short but maybe I'll get taller, I'm only 11 and haven't hit puberty yet.
I leave the bathroom and find Brendon who already changed. "Jesus, those pants are tiny and still to big on you! Could you be any shorter?" He says laughing. I playfully punch him and tell him that me and the other hobbits are going to take over the world. Then Dallon and Spencer arrived.
"Hey Abb-wait are you wearing Brendon's clothes?" I explain that it was all Brendon's fault then he tries to say it's mine. "It doesn't matter whose fault it is, just get me some food before I eat all of you!"
Brendon makes us all sandwiches and we eat while chatting. When I'm done, Brendon takes me downstairs to the studio and tell me I'm gonna learn guitar. He tries to teach me but sees that I suck at it. So he takes a bass out teaches me. I'm pretty good then he takes me to the drums and teaches me how to play. I wasn't very good. Now I can play a bit of 3 instruments.
"Ok, so instruments aren't really my thing."
"That's ok, you were pretty good on the bass! Have Dallon or Pete teach you more sometime. But what I wanna know, is can you sing?"
"No I suck." Is all I say.
"I'll be the judge of that. Sing something."
I start singing The Ballad of Mona Lisa. When I'm done, Brendon starts applauding.
"Damn girl! You got some pipes!"
"Was I really that good?"
"Hell yeah! I've got an idea. I think Spencer just left, but I'll get Dallon and Kenny, then you can sing we'll play and I'll record it, then you can show your dad!"
"Ok!" He brought them down and told them to play Mona Lisa and I'll sing. They seemed unsure at first but eventually gave in and set up. I balanced my phone to record us then we started playing. We sounded great and Kenny and Dallon said they loved my voice. I grabbed my phone and Brendon told us to all get in the car.
We drove to a buffet and had dinner. I ate the most I had in a long time and was proud of myself. I didn't tell Brendon because I don't think he knows everything about me. He got a text and said when we were done eating we were meeting Spencer somewhere.
We drove to a laser tag place! I was so excited. We went in and saw Spencer waiting with dad, Pete, Joe, and Andy. We were all gonna play together.
"Abby! Are you wearing Brendon's clothes?" I laughed and explained that he pulled me in the pool.
Brendon pulled me aside. "Pete told me you have good aim, wanna team up with me and the Panic! guys?" I agreed and we went in.
My laser gun lit up and that was the signal the game started. I had amazing aim and had hit Fall Out Boy multiple times in the first minutes. I turned around and shot Brendon in the chest.
"Hey! I thought we were on the same team!"
"WERE!" I ran off and was on my own. I found a high spot and show everyone and was sure I was going to win. When the game was over we went out and saw who won. "YES!" I did win. I danced around and heard Pete say something about losing to a kid so I rubbed it in his face.
It was time to go so I thanked the Panic! guys for a great day and left with dad. It was late so we went to bed.
