Overwhelmed by my own grief,
Big things can keep you going
Little things can tear you apart.

Gravity
Soar above the clouds
Defy the law of gravity
Things that keep you down
Are things that make you go away.

Who am I to try to live?
Who are you to say give up?
Who are we to do as they say?
Who are they to tell us no?

Giving up
Giving up is backing down
Backing down is walking away
And walking away is what I do.
I'll give up my dreams
I'll walk away,
I'll back down from my fight
All because I'm afraid.
