9/30/16:
Been through too many things
Experiences are way too big
I'm just another face in the crowd
Another face like yours and yours.
Beauty comes from all around
Especially from within,
But the kind people want
Is not the kind it's supposed to be.
I've been called beautiful
Yea, I've been called pretty
These guys only look for presence
But not for our feelings inside.
They can joke
They can hit
But all is left is me.
I decline and decline
But they just don't get it,
They don't know that I want to be left alone.
I'm tired of being just a useless pretty face
I want to be worth your time
If you think of my outside beauty
You're not thinking of the real me.
I'm just like you and you,
Another face in the world.
