The wind blew off her hair, of red wild curls.
It danced to a rhythm, as the wind hurls,
She's like the air; soft, free and refreshing.
I love her, this heart of mine kept pressing.
But I'm a hurricane, I bring turmoil.
It's in my nature, I wreck and destroy.
Even if inside me my heartaches boil,
I won't plague her with the curse I employ
I give pain while she heals, heaven and hell,
Will cringed at our striking disparity.
I'll seal my heart and hide all that I feel.
I'll hide it all until eternity.
Air and hurricane, these are what we are
Both are winds but in a contrasting strand.
