Chaper 17 (final part 1)

The two weeks with Baekhyun went by like flash. Today was the day he would leave you, for a long time. You knew you weren't ready, in fact you thought you couldn't be ready ever. You opened your eyes to see a sleeping Baekhyun, very close to you. You felt his breathing softly against your cheek. Your hand slowly went up to his face to push the little hair strands out of his face. He was so close and you felt the urge to kiss him. But no, he had to sleep, today would be a very long day for him and he needed to rest. You lowered down to rest you head on his chest. The relaxing sound of his heartbeat made you fall asleep again.

After a while, you felt yourself waking up. You opened your eyes and you saw Baekhyun looking at you, smiling. "Good morning baby. Did you sleep well?" "Good morning baek, yeah I guess." You said while stretching. "Good." His hands on your waist tightened to let you in his embrace, fully. You leaned forward to kiss him on his mouth. He immediately kissed back and he slowly turned you on your back, with him hovering you, kissing you harder. He pulled back from the kiss. "Baby I think we can't do this right now, time is running out. I need to go to the airport." He seemed disappointed. You sighed. "I know baek, I guess we need to get up." He slowly stood up, his eyes never leaving yours. "I need to shower before I leave, will you join me?" You smiled at him. "Of course baby. I'll be right there." He nodded and walked out of the room. You quickly checked your phone before leaving your room too. You heard the sound of the water and walked towards the bathroom. You saw Baekhyun, naked, standing under the shower. His back was against you so he didn't noticed you were here. You quietly got out of your pajamas and walked towards him hug him from behind. He got a little surprised but when he saw it was you who hugged him, he began to smile. He turned around to face you and pulled you further inside the shower. You felt the hot water streaming down your body and it felt nice. Baekhyun's hands were on your waist now, holding you close. The warmth of his naked body against you was nice and you closed your eyes. Suddenly, you felt his soft, slightly wet lips on yours. His lips moved slow but it was very intense. It made your whole body warm up. He slowly pulled back and leaned in to whisper against your neck. "I love you y/n...."

After a while, you and Baekhyun walked downstairs to have some breakfast. "Hm it smells really nice." You saw Baekhyun sniffing around while he walked towards the kitchen. You saw your mom cooking. "Ah good morning sweeties, I woke up a little early to make breakfast, since it's the last day that Baekhyun is with us today." "Thanks a lot mom." "Thank you very much." Baekhyun politely bowed to her. You both sat down to the set table in front of you. You were surprised, it was very rare for your mom to do all this effort. But you appreciated it al lot.

After the breakfast you were heading towards the airport. Your mom was driving and you and Baekhyun were sitting in the back seats. His face seemed very sad. You grabbed his hand and looked in his eyes with worries. He sighed deeply and seemed to calm down a bit. "We're at the airport, I'll stay in the car and y/n, you have to help Baekhyun with his suitcases. You nodded. "Baekhyun, it was really nice that you could stay with us for a while, but I understand you have to go back now. I'm going to miss you in the family sweetie. Be save and come back another time!" Baekhyun nodded and waved her goodbye. Your hands were holding Baekhyun tight as you walked further and further from your mothers car. He smiled when he saw you gripping his arm tighter. You were now in front of the port where Baekhyun had to walk into. You stopped walking and looked in his eyes. He looked back, giving you his beautiful smile, the smile you fell for so hard, the smile that never leaves his face when he saw you, the smile he gave you in your first meeting. You felt tears filling up your eyes. Baekhyun plopped down his suitcases and walked towards you to hug you. Your hands gripping his shirt harder and harder when you felt your tears streaming down your face. He was slowly rubbing your back so you would calm down a bit. He pulled back when you seemed to be a little calmer. "I-I don't want you to leave baekhyun, stay with me." Your voice cracked. "Baby, don't cry, please I can't handle it." He looked in your eyes while he wiped a tear away with his thumb. "Listen to what I have to say now. I know this can be very hard, it will be hard for both of us. I don't want to leave you too. But we have to get through it for now, I know it's going to be alright. These years I'll be thinking about you, I'll call you, I'll message you. I'm going to wait till we meet again. And I ask you to wait too. You have to finish your education. But when the time is ready, we are definitely going to meet again. This is not the end okay? I'll wait, even if it has to take more than 10 years. I'll wait." He leaned in to hug you again. "I'm going to miss you so much.... Please be save the times I'm not with you. I can't protect you for while so promise me." His words were soft and you felt the warmth in your chest spreading. You could just nod to his beautiful words. "I will Baekhyun. I will wait, forever. You'll be in my heart these years. I'm going to miss you too baby, so much." You pulled back from the hug to kiss him. Your hands trailed up to his neck and his arms were around your waist. "I love you y/n don't ever forget." "I love you too Baekhyun." You watched him leave and you could already feel the loneliness around you. You already missed his warm body. You already missed his smile. He was gone now. But you promised him that you'll be okay. So you breathed in deeply and breathed out. This is definitely not the end. You told yourself. It's going to be okay. You thought and you walked out of the airport. You saw your mom waving at you to hurry. "How did it go?" You didn't want to talk to her right now but you have to. "It was okay." You held your tears in. Byun Baekhyun, I'll wait.
