Wrong Note

18.

I woke up In the morning with pain on my hand and just my whole body. I don't remember much from last night but then the flash backs started. The kiss the fight the smack the broken mirror. Then its all black. I sigh and looked around my room to see my mirror broken and the peaces of it all over the floor. Then on my bean bags was Emma and sia sleeping. I looked down at my outfit and seen I was in PJs. Then I looked at my hands and it was cover up. I got out of bed and walked to the bathroom. I looked at myself in the mirror and seen a slight bruise but not that bad. I washed my teeth and then about five minutes later I walked out my room being careful to not step on any glass. Once I was out I closed the door behind me and walked downstairs. I looked around the living room and seen Justin looking up at the ceiling in the same clothes as yesterday.  I cleared my throat and he looks at me his eyes puffy red and dark circles under his eyes. The sight of him like this broke me in many ways.

He got up and walked over to me and stop a feet away. We both looked at the floor then at each other.

"I'm sorry ali for yesterday I didn't mean to hit you and you know I didn't want to and I didn't do it on purposes I blocked out"he says and I nodded. " please say something I couldn't sleep all night. It bugged me that I put a hand on you" he says and a tear rolled down my cheeks. He didn't wait for me to say anything he just went and hugged me tight and I hugged him back. No matter what he is still my brother and we all do stuff we're not supposed to when we block out.

"Alison?" I heard the girls call from upstairs and we both pulled away and looked at them as they walked down the stairs.

"Are you guys good?" Emma asked in soft tone. She never seen us like this she always see us happy and all.

"Yea" I said and sia hugged me

"Good i don't like when you guys fight" she says and Emma comes to me and we hugged as group.

"What a lovely thing to see" I heard my mom voice then followed by my Dad. we all looked at them as their eyes fell on my hands

"What happen Alison?" Mom asked walking up to me

"Nothing mom I just got mad and punched my mirror" I said and she looks at me.

"Alright the good thing is that your alright" she says rubbing my shoulder and I nodded with a smile." You even got you cheek Alison "she says glading her finger across it and I shrugged.

" I know ma" I said and dad walks up to me and hugs me

"The good thing is that you and your brother and friends made it alive from that party" he says and I nodded. Then I realized Justin wasn't there anymore. He must of went upstairs.

Its already back to school and I been getting weird stares from the students. The classes went by as I ignore Ethan and brook and Grayson. I just wasn't in the mood to talk to no one.

On Tuesday it Was like that too. Just ignoring the people around me. It was a free period and I went to my locker to change my books before class starts again.

"Hey Alison how you been? I've been texting you but you ignore my texted" Ethan says as he walked up to me. I looked at him and chuckled. I closed my locker and turned my body to look at him.

"You have a girlfriend right, you don't need me to text you when she's there" I said walking away but he obviously ran after me and grabbed my upper arm turning me around.

"What do you mean?" He asked and I looked at the floor then back at me.

"Geez Ethan don't you realize it?, if that stupid note didn't reach me we wouldn't be here right now, you would of still try to get with Mia and I would be a nobody" I said and began walking again but he jogged up in front of me and stop me from walking.

"Alison is that what you think?" He asks and I rolled my eyes.

"You never new who I was till that day, so just forget about me forget you ever meet me forget you ever needed my help " I said and looked to the floor before I chuckled low." I can't believe I liked you" I said and walked away. But this time faster before he even thought about stopping me again.

I walked out the school and to the football field. There was practice going on for tomorrow game. I have to admit we are pretty good at it so I'm 100% sure well win.

Wednesday

I walked into first period class and easily regretted it once I seen Ethan was the only one in the room. He was on his phone texting away. I just keep walking to the back of the room far away from everyone. He looks up once my chair made and noise and I sat down ignoring eye contact in every way.

"Alison can we talk?" His voice was so soft and I couldn't help and look up.

"Do we really have to?" I asked and he sigh before running a hand through his hair. "I said to forget about me forget that you ever meet me" I said looking at him.

"That's the thing you don't leave my head Alison" he says in a frustrated tone. I raised an eyebrow,

"Then do what you always did before I confronted you about the note" I said and he looks at me.

"You think that I haven't notice you and your friends around the school? The way you always won honor rolls every two months and never failing on getting one? You think I haven't notice the girl that changes her hair color every three months?" He asked and I was shocked that he notice those little things about me that not even James had notice.

"Just forget it Ethan alright" I said looking away from his eyes.

"I can't just remember that, your the girl that I've always wanted to get to know the way she has this slight attitude towards some people and the way she kind to other" I slammed my hand on the desk and got up from my chair

"What do you want from me!? You already have what you always wanted!" I yelled and he came closer.

"I want you to be the girl I can text every Morning and night and stay on the phone with as I tell her that the note that was passed to you wasn't by accident, it was meant to be passed to you because Alison I've always liked you since 7th grade the way you have a positive vibe to everything ..." He says and my heart skipped a beat and I look at him with a frown.

"That's all I want from you, to be mine like the note said, I don't want Mia she was just a distraction to see if this feeling I have towards you was all a lie but damn Alison I can't lie anymore the feelings I have towards you aren't a lie there real and they always going to stay there" he says and walks out the class room. I stayed there shocked and speechless. I sat back down and just stayed there spaced out as his words repeat through my head. Over and over again.
