We stayed in the waiting room of the hospital waiting for news about sia. Well when we got here she was in the operations room. I won't stay still I'll always get up and walk around, run a hand through my hair or just pray and cry.

Sia is the best friend I can ever ask for. The way she is, the bubbly outgoing girl that everyone seems to get along with the first time they meet her. Yea she has trouble at times but she doesn't let that affect her. I new sia since the 2nd grade and she has been there for me since then. I can't lose her now. Me and Emma can't lose her. Just make it. Was all that keep repeating in my head.

I place my head on Ethan shoulder as the tears rolled down my cheeks as he grabbed both of my hands and played with them. I have no emotion towards nothing. I'm just scared to lose a friend and if she ever does..uh go.. Then I don't know what I would do....

I looked over at Emma and she was crying into her hands. Sobbing quietly. I just wanted to hug her but my body didn't even want to move.

The sound of wet sneakers was heard from down the hall as we all look up to see sia boyfriend max and Emma boyfriend Angel. Emma got up and ran into his arms. As max came running into the doctor that just came out. That's when I got up and my heart was in my throat.

"How is she?" He asked and the doctor held his shoulder before telling us.

"She's in a coma do to the impact" I held into Ethan arm not wanting to hear anymore. I just want to see her and that's all. I don't care what other say I want to see my best friend.

I seen this bright light before it started to clear out. Am I dead? I asked my self but then I heard the hospital machine beeping around me. I look to the side and seen mad wires attached to my body. I got up and seen that I walked away from my body that was laying there all beat up. I was pretty darn scary if you tell me. The door open and I looked over to see my friends and max. I ran over to him but I just went passed his body. He shivered and rubbed his arms before walking over to my body. I covered my mouth and just walked in front of all of them to see if they can see me.

Non can.

I stepped back and lean on the wall as I slide down and hugged myself. What if I dye like this? What if I don't know how to get back in my body. How long am I going to stay like this?.

I looked back up and seen everything in front of me move in fast forward speed then it stops. I looked outside confused and seen it was already night. I looked back at max that was just holding my hand and crying to himself. I got up and walked over to him and sat next to him. He wrapped his jacket around his body before saying

"You'll be in a coma for a while and I don't know when you'll come back but please wake up soon I don't like seeing you like this" he says and a tear slipped down my cheeks.

Me in a coma? Some people don't usually make it out of these, but some do.

I just sat by my feet everyday, every second and every minute. Its already Christmas and the hospital is full of people bring gifts to their family member in here and I'm just there. Looking lifeless. As the monitor just beeps saying that I'm still alive. Emma and Alison are always in here and it hurts me that I can't hug them nor tell them I'm alright.

The sound of the door opening made me sit up straight and look at who came in. Ethan, Grayson, Alison and brook came in with gifts in their hands. I smiled as they all set it down before talking to me.

"It's Christmas day but we still won't forget about you" brook says rubbing my hand. She was a really nice girl and I hope for the best for her and gray.

"There some gift for you here" gray says as he sat by me and opened each gift one by one.

"This one from Ethan" he says as he got out a phone case that says 'nerd at heart but outside wild'. I smiled and giggle a little. Its a weird case but I love it. He open another one and I seen Alison leave the room. I frown as I looked at everyone and they gave each other a weak smile before Ethan left behind her.

"This one from Ali" I looked back at gray as he pulled out a heart shaped necklace. He opens it and it had a picture of me Emma and ali in the fifth grade. I smiled at the memory but then I stop and got out of bed and follow them out the room. They didn't went nowhere just outside my room. Ethan was holding her hands to his chest as he tells her everything would be alright. That I'm going to make it, and wake up. I lean on the wall next to them and raised an eyebrow.

What am I missing here?

"She one of the people that I only have" Alison says and he shakes his head and places his hand under her chin.

"If she makes it or not I'm also here no matter what" he tells her and I squeal to myself because he's just an amazing guy. She looks at him as he wipes the tear away and kissed her lips. I gasp and then smiled. Awe they together.

The beeping of the machine going dead snap my out of my thoughts as I walked back to my room and Ethan and Alison ran in as also doctors did. What's going on? I walked over to the only open space between the doctor as they tried to bring me back to life.

This bright light shine and I cover my face before it settled down a little.

"Sia?" I turned around and seen my mother. My mouth dropped as I ran over to her. My mother died when I was only four years old. Since then I lived with my father step mom and new baby bro. "Honey its time to come with mommy", she says and I was confused at first but then she smiled and ran a hand through my hair " they tried everything dear you just wasn't strong enough but I'm sure you'll watch over your friends " and with that I nodded just one look back before taking my mom hand and out the window we went.
