Kate's P.O.V
So I was still walking around the school trying to find Sonny. But I started to smell smoke from around the corner in an alley. I followed the smell and it led to Sonny sitting on the ground alone in a dark alley smoking a cigarette. "Sonny?" He turns his head to me and crushes his cigarette on the ground. "Oh hey didn't see you there! I apologise for my smoking." He is such a gentleman. I giggle and come and sit down next to him. "So why aren't you sitting with the rest of the band?" I ask. He shrugs and cocks his head to the side. "Dunno, I just like being alone.." I smile hoping that would cheer him up. He pulled out another cigarette and held it in his fingers. "Want one?" I smiled but shook my head. "Nah I'm okay.." Then he laughs to himself. "Suit yourself!" I laugh and shuffle closer to him.
"So what's up?" I start
"Nothing really..do you like the school?"
"Yeah it's okay, I've made some good friends so far."
Then he moved closer to me and made the most adorable face in the world.
"Am I your friend?" He said and had the most sparkly eyes. Damn he is a cutie!
"Of course you are!" Then he wrapped his arms around me. The way his body touched mine felt irresistible.
"Yay!!" He yelled and hugged me tighter.
Then the bell went off.
"Shit ya know what that means..next period." I said and we both groaned. We stood up and walked to our classes. I wish I was in every class with Sonny.
After the last period, school ended and I told Derek I would get a ride home with Sonny. I stood at the front gates waiting for Sonny. Then I heard his voice.
"Kate! You ready for the project?" He said in a very hyper way.
"You bet I am! Let's go!" Then we got in his car and drove to his house.
Does Sonny feel the same way about me?
