Chapter 10: Day One

Rose's POV

The light from the outside of the plane pierced my eyes; I sat up and combed my hair back as the intercom came on.

Hello passengers this is your captain speaking. Welcome to Jeju Island! We will be landing soon. Please stay in your seats until we have completely landed.

We're finally here! This is something that I could only dream of.

I looked towards my left to find Kookie sleeping. I leaned to the front and waved my hand in front of his face.

"How can he be sleeping? We're about to land, but he looks so cute!" I whispered to myself.

His body shifted and faced me, our faces were only centimeters apart.

I glanced at his features, his hair covered his eyes and his cheeks were chubby.

At that instant his new nickname would be "chubby bunny". I smiled at the thought and that's when he opened his eyes.

I immediately shut my eyes and looked the other way.

Jungkook's POV

I heard some mumbling so I opened my eyes to see Rose Noona looking right at me.

She shut her eyes and turned around. Even if she's older she's really shy.

I whispered, "Noona, can you turn around?" she did so and our eyes met once more.

I held her hand and laid my head on hers, "Morning sleepyhead."

Jin's POV

We made it to an exclusive hotel that was a bit isolated. Perfect for us, but the only thing is that well...

"There are no other rooms available?! I love you guys but a girl needs her privacy" Rose said as she was playing with her necklace. "Besides, you guys would be uncomfortable too."

I patted her head and gave her a smile, "Don't worry you can stay in the single bedroom."

"Rose which one out of all of us do you feel most comfortable?" Kookie asked.

She looked around and mumbled, "Well...um"

Namjoon smacked the back of Jungkook's head, "What type of question is that? She's in an awkward position because of you."

She pointed, "You."

We followed the direction where she pointed which was at V who was struggling to stay awake.

I looked at her and then at the rest, "Then it's decided, Rose you'll be sharing the room with V."

Rose's POV

I threw myself on the bed, "Phew! I'm so glad we finished unpacking."

Taehyung threw himself on the bed as well and looked at me, "I'm glad you picked me to stay with you."

I hid my face from him, I was embarrassed. He came closer and I turned around, "What did I tell you about hiding?" he whispered. He wrapped his arm around me and pulled me in.

I heard someone knock and I sat right up, "Someone's a bit nervous." Taehyung said as he got up to get the door.

The group of boys flooded in the room throwing themselves on the couch or the bed.

"Have you guys finished unpacking?" Jin asked as he was closing the door.

"We just finished hyung" Taehyung replied with a smile.

"Well get ready because we're going to the beach!" Kookie said while getting up.

"We'll be in the lobby waiting for you" Jin said.

They all left but Suga came back and pulled Taehyung out of the room, "You are going to get ready in our room."

I did as I was told and headed to the lobby. I walked up to the group of boys and we left the hotel to go see what awaited us.

We made it to the beach with no one in sight. Everyone ran to the water while Jin and I set up a blanket, we sat down watching the others throwing water at each other.

"So pretty" I said while looking at the view.

"It is, I'm glad you came with us Rose" Jin said as he gazed at the view.

I looked at him and smiled, "Me too, I never thought this would ever happen."

He laughed, "I know, but I know for a fact that it wouldn't be the same without you."

A breeze came and I shivered, "Are you cold Rose?" he placed a towel around my shoulders and started to stroke my back.

I smiled, "Thank you Jin." I looked down thinking that I was very lucky to have them in my life.

Taehyung's POV

I looked over to where Rose was to see Jin placing a towel or blanket on her, I couldn't see that well but it looked like he put her arm around her.

I clenched my jaw, I don't know why I'm feeling like this but it's like I couldn't help it. Jin is my hyung, but I guess I just couldn't stand the sight of her with any other man.

Kookie ran up to them and they came along in our direction. I suddenly felt cold water on my face; I look up to find Jimin laughing, "I'm going to get you for this!" I started to run towards him to get my revenge.

Rose's POV

We all left the beach to go and eat at a restaurant nearby. They were all eating and laughing, I have to say that this time with the boys is something that I'll cherish forever. Kookie gave me a small nudge, "Noona you should eat or your food will get cold."

I looked at him and nodded. My eyes met Taehyung's kind eyes and sweet smile. I looked down at my food with a grin on my face.

When we finished eating we headed towards the hotel so we could sleep. There was a really pretty girl around my age that came through the entrance.

She stopped and looked at us, "Taehyung?"

He also looked at the girl with wide eyes, "Rachel?"

She went to him and gave him a hug which he slowly accepted. The thing I didn't realize is that from that point everything would change.
